Comfort Atlanta Heating & Air, Johns Creek GA

I called this morning because our upstairs heat wasn’t working and they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed. I appreciate their responsiveness and great service!

Update 2023:
My main level unit was serviced by Comfort Atlanta as part of my maintenance package. Upon inspection of the furnace, it was determined to be leaking carbon monoxide. John was able to come out and quote a whole new system that was fairly priced and able to be installed the next day. This is my second replacement with them and I can’t be happier with the service I receive from them.

Original (2022) :
Fan motor on upstairs AC unit went out on Friday. John and team were able to send somebody out Monday morning to service. Upon further review, the system could’ve been fixed but was near end of life as it was. John worked with me to find best option and was available to install very next day. During install, Andrew and team were very thorough and professional. The install took around 4 hours and they even gave me a breakdown of all they did. Im beyond impressed with this company and will definitely be recommending them. I even signed up for maintenance plans to keep my other units running.

Good responsive and timely work, and Edgar as technician was fabulous, fixed the last year appointment technician filter misplacement issues, and now the gas smell is gone. Edgar also took the furnace replacement specifications, and recommended the furnace gas pipe to be replaced along with the furnace replacement in 1 trip, and his advice was genuine and work done was professional, highly recommend Edgar. Thanks a lot John as manager.

Had Comfort Atlanta out for annual maintenance. Their technician, Demetrio, came out on time and did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. He inspected the system and made sure it was all in good working order. We are all set for cold weather when it shows up. (Maybe its already here?) I am certain that we will be comfortable in the coming months. I very highly recommend Comfort Atlanta for anyone looking for some help with or replacement of their HVAC equipment!

I am a new homeowner in Harlow development looking for prompt service on bit of an emergency and they delivered next day service. This is in contrast to another vendor that had serviced the home for previous homeowner. Called the previous owner recommended vendor. It could not respond for more than a week. Demetrio from Comfort Atlanta HVAC resolved the problem taking the extra step fish out the filter had fallen to the bottom of air handler. Great job by Comfort Atlanta and Demetrio. Highly recommend.

These guys are amazing. I had a horrible experience with a company I found on home advisor to install a mini split unit they almost destroyed it. I got in touch with comfort Atlanta’s manager I told him my situation he was out there his self within a day, he gave me a amazing price and more problems came about from the last contractor, he still kept his word on his price. I couldn’t be more pleased, if you have hvac issues this is the company to call.
