Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling, Canton GA

Bryce came out to my new home today for a check up of my heating and air conditioning system and also to install a new thermostat for me. He had some really great recommendations that will ensure my home stays nice and cool all summer long! We love Comfort Zone, they provide excellent service anytime we call, would absolutely recommend them for any HVac needs!

Have used Comfort Zone for several years now as my HVAC maintenance vendor. They have been responsive and professional on every service call. I appreciate that they don’t try to oversell me on unnecessary upgrades. They have friendly and dedicated service personnel who explain each step and leave detailed notes after each visit. My home is over thirty years old and I have used a few different AC companies over the years. Comfort Zone was highly recommended by a neighbor. They have been more than the best group I have worked with at my home by far.

This was my second time i have called on Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling. Charles was my tech and he took care of the AC issue others didnt take the time to check. He went through and checked everything inside and outside. I am cancelling my existing AHS contract and moving the HVAC to this company. Of course it is more of a pay as you go, but if you think how long you dont need a service with AHS and that money could have been put aside for the real fixes that this company finds and no issues. Steve is very methodical and explains his steps. Have trust in him and always ask for him to do our semi annual 'tune ups ' on both units.

Update: Eugene and his son Alex came to install the new AC unit inside and out and they did such an outstanding job! Eugene answered all of my questions and they did the install fast. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC install.

We recently had Comfort Zone provide service for our home and Preston, the technician was fantastic! He found some items that needed addressing and provided options for what needed immediate attention and items that could use improvement. He made the necessary repairs the same day and was very professional and efficient.

Charles Logan was our technician on our most recent service. He was exemplary in every sense. He was very cordial, thankful and informative with the service and explained everything he performed on our cooling units as well as his recommendations. It was a pleasure!
