I moved into a new townhome that I never would’ve expected to find and be moved in within less than 2 weeks! Our process was fast, smooth, and digital. Compass Property Management is the BEST! Being a renter can have it's pros and cons but I have to say that the staff at Compass Property Management has been the Platinum standard to leasing in every way, shape or form. I have been lucky enough to be their tenant for almost 2 years and through the ups and downs of life they have always shown me and my family compassion and kindness. Whenever I call them or need anything they always make me feel comfortable with the professionalism that all businesses need to have. I am so grateful that I am able to live in one of their properties which is kept beautiful and well maintained because they care. I want to thank all the amazing staff there for everything they do, especially Alex for being very encouraging and willing to work through hard times. I highly recommend the leasing company if you want people who are humans and deal with and understand real life! Compass has been a really supportive management company. The move in process was great especially for it to be COVID. Everything was contact-less and professional. They stayed in communication with me and were very knowledgeable about everything. Even when I’ve had issues like losing my keys and needing locks changed, they’ve been supportive in the process and informative. So far a pleasurable experience living here!

Compass reality has been amazing especially trying to relocate during a pandemic.overall the process was very smooth and i want to specially thank Cree for helping me.so far it has been good.

I remember I had forgotten that there was a charge on my account for the renters insurance. Days went by and I had already paid the rent but had a late fee attached to my account. As soon as I saw this, I immediately called and the charge was removed. They told me that I could apply it to the next payment. The next payment came around and guess what? ! I gorget about that part of the charge again! They were extremely patient with me and once again, removed the late fee charge! I am very grateful because they definitely do not have to do that! I plan on renting with this company until I buy my own home! They are truly understanding and show compassion to their customers. Thank you Compass. No one can tell me anything bad about this company despite some of the other bad reviews!

Just moved into a Compass Property and had a great experience! Applying was easy, my questions were answered and received my approval timely along with associated costs were very clearly laid out. Would recommend to others!

I put in a work order on 11/9 still no results, other than telling me they contacted the owner. I asked for pest service inside and out. They informed me the owner does outside I’m responsible for inside. I said find I want to use the same company and they refuse saying the owner don’t give them the information. That’s because they don’t have a pest company come out. I’m convince the owner has changed it has never took this long to get anything fix before in the past.

Compass know how to get things done decent and in order! Very professional and responds back quickly! Definitely satisfied with everything thank you Compass! Highly recommend!

The property we are residing in is such a cute home. It truly feels like home. We have been receiving help with any issues in a reasonable amount of time.

Been here going on 3 years, and all concerns has been resolved in a timely manner. Thanks. Any problems arise, put in request for maintenance and they are very quick with response. I really have enjoyed the years i have been in my rental and a big part of it is the fact that my mind is at ease if something comes up an need assisant they are here for you.

In February it will be 4 years that I moved to stone mountain and I really like the home I'm renting. I have piece of mind if anything is needed the staff at compass is easy to communicate with and they are easy to get a hold of. They handle issues very professionally and in a timely manner.

We really couldn’t ask for more with this property management company. They have been quick, professional, and responsive. That’s more than we can say about some of the companies we’ve encountered.

PROS: I rent a property in a generaly expensive arsa, can't beat the rental prices for the space.
CONS: unit is pootly maintained lose steps, mantaince calls go unanswered, old flat carpets and cheap or broken fixtures. Expect to come out of pocket with their rentals they pass everything on to the tenets.
