5Great customer service. Customer service so great you don't want to leave.
I would not recommend them for services or repairs. Went for a laptop repair quote. I was asked to leave my laptop since he couldn't get a hold of his parts vendor. He said he would call me the next day. Never called. I went out of town and never received a call. 5 days later, I call to check. He asks to call me back in 10 minutes. Never called back. So I just decided to go pick up my laptop the next day. The open sign was on, but no one was there. I had to wait over 30 minutes and paid a $25 fee. By the end, I just wanted to be done with this place.
If he had just called me and told me that he couldn't get the parts, I wouldn't mind. The total lack of communication was ridiculous, though.
Don't bother with this shop.
Bought “new” MacBook Air. Wasn’t new, already opened. Not eligible for AppleCare either. Beware buying here. Does not accept returns.
Very knowledgeable store.upgraded my sons computer and clean hard drive and added anti virus all for under a 100.

I don't normally write reviews anywhere, but I went into this store after my MacBook was stolen out off my car, and they helped me get financed for 90 days interest free on a brand new one. They were very professional and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a replacement or help fixing their current one.
