7After seeing all the great reviews, I thought I had found the right one. But, after arriving at the address, I found the place all gated up, with construction ladders, etc.inside, no signs of life. Hopefully the business survived, but just moved to another location. No written signs on door to state that, though.
Excellent service and he was able to repair all my issues (even with this being a laptop that's 9 years old).

Second computer expertly repaired for very reasonable price. Toughbook used for business was experiencing intermittent failures. Ray installed a new SSD, upgraded to Windows 10 and recovered all apps and data. It actually runs better than new.
Awesome service. Total crash of four year old computer; probably hacked. Repaired in one day, recovered all data and it now runs more than twice as fast as when new - I mean really fast. Cost was very reasonable.
Honestly I heard a friend mention you guys and I read the clap back you gave a rude customer that was ungrateful and just malicious lol. You guys are awesome Highly recommend.
I have had nothing but problems with this shop. I wish I had as good as service as the rest of the people that commented.
1) it took them a week just to give me a price on how much it’ll be to fix (although he let me pay with a card which I thought was nice since he only allowed cash in the beginning)
2) he Never updates, ever. The past month ive had to call multiple times and ask him repeatedly to fix my computer and he finally fixed it, but he never let me know it was fixed. I had to call and find out it was fixed because he is not great at communicating and updating. And every time I called he always seem aggravated that I was calling for an update. I’m raising the rating up to 3 stars now that I’ve finally received my computer and able to look at what he did, it’s fixed. I wish I had a better experience with this company that the others did. The computer was fixed and I appreciate that. I’m keeping it to 3 stars because of how stressful the process was to get it fixed and reset. I legitimately wish I had better customer service because in the beginning when I first gave him the computer, he seemed really nice and seemed like he was willing to help. The price for getting it fixed was a great price, lower than any other places I’ve seen. My only complaint is the communication I didn’t receive from Roy, how long it took to get fixed, (the whole month) and how stressful the process took.
