Whereas the staff is knowledgeable, they charge you for every call or question that you have. They nickle and dime you to death. I wasted over $3500 to have a computer built that has slowly quit working with any of my peripherals. They have either remotely or scheduled updates that do not work with my printers and scanner. I specifically asked for an older version of the operating system because I knew the peripherals I had would not work with the newer version. I had to get someone else to try and fix my computer only to be told that I had refurbished parts inside the computer. I would not recommend this company at all.
