I have left several messages and I have not gotten a response from the manager regarding my HP envy?

You have not tried to contact me. You have my number. I have even called and left my number for the manager to call me.

This Company uses deceptive marketing practices. They say that the computer is one price, but thats only the down payment or monthly payment amount.

I’ve never been more pleased! First, I was in search of somewhere that could transfer from vhs to dvd. I was wanting to do this, as well as attain 9 copies. I also was in a crunch with time. In this process, I dealt with 3 employees. They all were extraordinary in customer service, timeliness, and quality.

On a human level, I had a situation with my keys being locked in my car. Two employees (who I now consider friends) not only waited with me, they called for help for me!

If only others would take after Computer Us!

These guys are awesome. I took my Gaming PC in for screens going black when starting a game or putting any load on it. My PC was stuck in a windows repair loops and they re installed windows for me, after that the General Manager took over my situation and spent days upon days trying to figure out why my PC was crashing, tested every single component in my PC and finally I was informed it was my motherboard. After weeks of frustration I could finally breathe. I was suspecting the worse such as my 3080 had died etc. But no these guys diagnosed my PC for 2 weeks and kept me updated every single day. If you have a custom rig, bring it here. They don't stop until they have an answer. I wont take my PC anywhere else, that's a promise.

Bunch of scammers. Do not go here. They offered me $200 cash for a like-new Razer gaming laptop - worth at least $1,600 brand new. I know value drops once you buy it, but that is just ridiculous. It was literally like-new. Nothing wrong with it. They just want to rip off less knowledgeable users.

Never do business with them. I would rather use my laptop for target practice than sell it to these rip-offs for $200 cash.

Terrance and his team are our go-to for computer repairs and we have purchased a few computers, as well!

I don't leave reviews often but this is something worth talking about. EVERYONE needs to hear about it. My work computer had an issue and needed to be replaced. Kat was very helpful and was able to clone my hard drive to a new computer. Had me back up and running early the next morning. Very pleased with my whole experience.

This has been my go-to computer shop for almost a decade now. They've always got the best prices and their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. No better spot for a custom build.

Fixed up my laptop and was able to upgrade my ssd and now my laptop feels better than when I bought it

Went to go fix my MacBook Pro and I brought it in for a simple fix I couldn’t fix it myself since I didn’t have proper tools). First of all took them 3 days to even look at the computer, then got a message saying they can’t do anything to fix it. Went it to go pick it up and for doing absolutely nothing they decided to charge me $70 for doing nothing. Wasn’t even able to bring the price down at all.

Repaired a Macbook pro and IPAD screen fast, less expensive than local competition. Will only bring my devices here.

I'd like to thank the folks at Computers Plus for repairing my PC. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem - a failed hard drive - and replace it in a relatively timely manner, though it did take a few days longer than expected, which is okay because the computer has since been fine and has booted with no problems.

As with any repair shop, make sure that you are satisfied before leaving the store (check your System Info to make sure everything looks accurate according to factory specs). Overall, the staff at Computers Plus does good work and I recommend using them in the future.

I don't have enough GOOD things to say about Computers Plus!
Terrence went far out of his way to help me. Took my old computer and made it new again. It had been going blue screen on me and I thought I'd lost all my information, but he and his crew were AMAZING! They redid everything and were so patient. I took it home and it went back to it's old ways. I took it back and they worked on it and it's been running like new ever since. I highly recommend them. They're friendly, knowledgeable and the best part, they don't make you feel stupid for not knowing something.
They also contribute to the local community.

I took my work computer in to get some minor fixes made, ended up upgrading almost everything! I'm so incredibly happy with the service I received here. Super fast turnaround, the technician who helped me was very knowledgeable, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. The difference between my computer now and what I had before is night and day. I cannot recommend them enough.
