At least six employees in the store, but even though I was the only customer in the store I was completely ignored. Gentleman that seemed to be the manager looked right at me then asked an employee where his closers were at. Clearly none of them work on commission, maybe if they did I would have at least gotten a hello!

The in store employees helped me fine adequate TVs. The downside is that I was told I could get delivery and installation on Monday. I get a call from Conn’s saying they will deliver on the the 5th. Almost two weeks later than Monday as well as I couldn’t get installation same day, so there is a disconnect between the store, delivery and installation people. This is not acceptable. I was able to get delivery Monday and installation on wed, which is still not ideal

Denise and Anthony are Amazing! They went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I wanted! If you are looking for some good honest people go see Denise or Anthony the manager! The prices are good, but customer service is top notch!

We came for a recliner and Terrance made it happen. We were in and out 30 minutes. Great customer service. If u live in newnan area and are looking for furniture or appliances don't count this store out, go here first. Excellent customer service!

We meet shanequa about four weeks ago she was very nice she exceeded out expectations shanequa really made us feel really at home conns is the place to go if you want a professional help I really appreciate the store manager Terrance and shanequa

Store manager Terrence Blackman provided excellent customer service throughout my furniture purchase process & I’ll definitely recommend this location to my friends & family. Shopping for furniture can be very stressful but he made this process anything but that.

We love this place! They have a Great selection! We purchased a beautiful kitchen table here & now a few months later decided to go back and try out Financing for a Dishwasher & Refrigerator (we went with some Samsung’s) great rates! Can’t wait for our Delivery! Great sales team very direct and quick we were in and out fast!

I was in and out. After being in home Depot, which has a 3-5 day wait for delivery, I needed a washing machine since my sister's had gone out. They gave me a fair price and only charger 50 for delivery. I was expecting to pay 100.00
All in all a great experience and great customer service.

The manager, Terrance, was absolutely incredible. We came in around closing time and he provided us with excellent customer service and knowledge. The prices and customer service are unmatched! We bought a living room suit and a refrigerator. We will definitely be back because of how awesome Terrance was!
