The sales and installation experiences were great! I work with Jon Rockwell on the sales side and Jamal and Daniel (i think this was his name) from the installation team. Everyone was extremely professional, responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. The installation team was very flexible with my schedule and completed the job in the time frame allotted!

I just had both of my central A/C and furnace units replaced this week by Cool Air Mechanical and I'm very happy with the price, the Lennox units and the installation. Sales Manager Jon Rockwell was able to give me a detailed quote the day after my old downstairs unit died and the new units were installed the following morning. Victor and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly and professional and finished the entire installation by mid-afternoon. I highly recommend them.

The water main to our house sprung a leak in the middle of the night. CoolAir sent a plumber as soon as they opened at 7 am. I’m so grateful for the prompt response and Jason fixed the leak quickly and professionally.

Jesse was courteous, professional, comprehensive and quick. Make sure that you lock-in the 3yr.service contract plus 3yr.extension. He said it just went up 50% to $169/yr. (We're locked-in at $89/yr.)

Julian was courteous, professional and took care of the maintenance check in a timely manner. He did a great job!
