I recently had to use both Coolray and Mr. Plumber. (same company- different services) Both experiences were 110%. All employees knowledgeable, on time, courteous and completed the tasks at hand in a timely and complete manner. I will continue to use them, as i have now for several years.

I have not always been thrilled with the technician that Cool Ray has sent my way, but Durel was AWESOME. He did such a thorough maintenance inspection and uncovered two potential future problems. He replaced parts to keep my system running without a hitch. He was professional and courteous. I had been contemplating ending my partnership with CoolRay, but Durel restored my confidence. He said that he has only been with the company for a month.congrats on hiring such a great technician!

We received service promptly and the service representative was on time and cordial. He promptly recognized the problem and fixed it. He told me what the problem was and what the repair cost would be.
We are completely satisfied with all aspects of our service.

The worker was very polite and answered all my questions, he was respectful and carefully with the repair. I was extremely pleased and impress with his punctuality. I will recommend this company to all my friends. Thanks my air is cooling now.

Update: I was able to work with the owner of Coolray and we reached an amicable agreement regarding an issue that I had with my AC unit repair. Coolray was very professional and the owner was willing to work with me and personally investigate the issue on their side.

These guys are amazing! We had an electrical problem, they came out the day of, gave us a fair estimate, and was able to complete the work in half a day. I recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service by our Coolray technician. Our AC unit is now running efficiently and quietly. We will definitely have them return for service on our HVAC system in the fall. Highly recommend this company.

I had an Infinity series variable speed heat pump installed in July 2018. Two installers removed the old equipment and installed the new system in a day. I am totally satisfied with their work and the system works great. It holds temperature within a half degree and does an excellent job controlling humidity. The air handler runs at reduced speed once the temperature approaches the thermostat setting. There are no drafts and the system is silent.

Tony was OUTSTANDING. He troubleshooted my issues and maintained a positive attitude and energy until the job was completed. I'd be thrilled to work with him/Coolray again.

Had to wait all day for them to come out - but I had called after 7p on a Friday after getting home and my a/c being out and they put me on "standby". Wound up fitting me in at 5p on Saturday. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough and did a great job getting our unit up and running again. Reasonable fee for the Saturday call and for the repair.

Excellent customer service! I had a problem with my HVAC unit. My regular maintenance service call was a week away, but they were able to move it up so I did not have to pay the emergency service call fee! Very friendly telephone conversation and helpful!

Mr. Derek was very polite, he apologized for not making in the time frame that was told to me. Which I would like to say your WHOLE team kept me in the loop. When he got here he didn't talk down to us. Did not try to make us feel little or dumb for not knowing some things. He took care of the issue fast and even allowed the kids to just be kids! Coolray was able to fit me in within a day to repair my broken air conditioner. I spoke with both Alyson and another woman who gave me special consideration in signing me up as a maintenance customer. Ricky Moore was my Technician. He was patient, professional and very pleasant to have in my home. He took the time to explain the issues affecting my system and was generous in answering my questions.
