Costco Tire Center, Buford GA

I’ve had good results with the tire center in the past. Lately hard to schedule appointments. Forget it. They clearly told me that if I had a 3pm appointment with showed up at 2pm I’ll be before the appointment? !? ! It’s first come first serve even with an appointment I am told? They rarely answer phone calls as they are very busy.sadly getting a little frustrating. Cost of the tires can’t be beat. Service clearly needs help no matter which location I try to go to in Gwinnett or Forsyth. Waiting in cafe area? Bring your own wipes. Nasty after all the lunch traffic!

This tire center seems to hardly get tire balancing done right. For several times, I had to either bring my car back or go to different tire centers to redo balance. They should pay more attention on tire balancing and calibrate their equipment for accuracy.

I used to go to a tire rotation. I was amazed when I got a call saying that I had finished rotating my tires. Two of my alloy wheel center caps are missing, signing and telling me to take my key. I was shy, so I went to the tire center. In the work report he showed, the two alloy wheel center caps were missing and told you to sign it and get the key to go. I was angry. The reason I'm upset is that I have clearly checked all 4 tires in the costco parking lot and assigned the tires to rotate. The costco tire center manager changed his words when I got mad at why I was missing. My two caps are in the car. I was even more angry at the caps in the car. The reason was that the caps were broken. They weren't honest and didn't apologize first. I have experienced a lot of discrimination in costco. Many of Costco's employees simply ignore or criticize me for a different color of my skin or because I can't speak English well. Again today, he didn't apologize and said it was missing at first without telling me that he broke my wheel cap. He said as if I had lost the caps and left the car to the tire center without them. I was angry, so what he said was not sorry, and I can't help you if you do this. What are you willing to help? If I break your car and take it away, would you say yes and just go? I went to the Lexus dealership and said that if I bought two caps, I would give me money. Is this a normal service? You broke my car part. Why? I want to know why I went to the Lexus dealership. And what are you guys who don't apologize until the end?

I scheduled a appointment over the phone. I purchased a new set of tires. The customer service was great and I loved that I was in and out within 1 hour!
