4Some employees are not friendly and did not get receipt when handed keys back and not even my car was not very close to where employees said it was left for me.
We just purchased our 4th set of tires from here. Just picked up and though the tires are good, Dan, could be a little nicer and friendlier with customers. Customer service goes a long way.
Ordered tires online only to find out that appointments were booked out solid for at least a month. When I finally got an appt, I showed up early but my vehicle still didn’t start getting work done until well after my appt time. I might have saved 100$ getting tires with Costco, but I wasted a whole lot of my time.
Josh was my favorite tire man ever. I love this guy. He dressed up a BATMAN and instantly became my personal hero. Presten is also one of my favorites. He has an amazing singing voice. Kaelobs choice of music needs a little help. I love my COSTCO!
