My daughter hired them, but since she works, and I'm retired, I was there during the pipe repair work. I can't say enough good about their ethics and genuine concern for what's best for the customer.

Ive used their services for years. Fixed my Bursted pipes quickly and Neatly. The VERY BEST in town! ️

If I could give a negative star, I most definitely would. Paid this company $300 to fix a plumbing issue and it was not resolved. Had to pay another company to fix the problem. The other company stated that did not see anything that the company had fixed. Will never use again.

I will never use anyone but Covenant Plumbing! Other plumbers tried to scam us, but they were wonderful and affordable! They did a great job repairing out shower and sink faucets and installing a pressure relief valve. George and Tommy are awesome! Very honest, hard-working people who are just trying to do the right thing by their customers. They taught me a great deal about our own plumbing and fixed repairs we've been putting off for months with ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We have used Covenant twice at our church. We were impressed with their knowledge and the respectfulness of the plumbers. They stayed in contact with us, and took care of the issues. We will definitely call them again if needed. Thank you Covenant Plumbing.

We just closed on a home and ended up with a surprise plumbing issue. Turns out our entire plumbing system needed to be redone and due to a negligent inspector the issue wasn’t caught until after we bought the home. Covenant was quick to respond and very upfront about what needed to be done. The receptionist was great about getting me on the schedule and even called me back to move my appointment time up when she saw there was an opening. Phil and Jason were punctual and did fantastic work. They answered all of my questions thoroughly no matter how basic they were. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

We had what we thought was a plumbing leak. We saw water dripping in our crawlspace. After setting an appointment, our technician (Phillip) was prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. We actually had a leak on our HVAC system and the plumber diagnosed the real issue. He went over and above his job and pulled out wet insulation and cleaned up behind himself. He found our real problem. My husband was impressed with him and so was I. We trust this company to tell us the truth! Great experience with this plumbing company. We will always call Covenant for our plumbing repairs!

This company went above&beyond service. I had an emergency water main leak/break during the weekend. Everyone else was closed. They went out of their way to help me and work with me. Price was upfront and the plumbers were very professional and kind. Words can’t express how grateful I am for the service I received.

I had them to come out to unclog a pipe. The person was outside for a while then he came in and said that everything was done. I was extremely happy with it until another plumber (someone that I know) came and showed me that the man just took it apart and now the water from the washer and the dishwasher was just running into the backyard. Now I have to pay to have it done properly.

Call for a quote about a leaking pipe and a repipe. I have a crawl space, but the guy telling me the only way they can to fix the problem is by running my pipes thru my attic. I told them they can go, appreciate you.

Lived in Macon for 30 years of my life and only plumbing company I'll ever use. Have had them come out for a gas line before, change out shower appliances and now a hot water heater. They have ALWAYS been very honest and up front with me on everything they have done and not too many businesses run like that these days. Will continue to use them for things in my household. Firm believer in don't talk it show me through your actions and this company does that. Highly recommend!

Tldr; not quality and no integrity.

Originally received a quote to rebuild shower at $250 and they'll order the part. Technician said pay half now ($125) and half later.

2 weeks later i call and they forgot to order the part. Technician comes to my house unannounced (I have wife and 3 kids) to take pictures of my shower. This leads me to believe he couldn't order the parts even if they did remembered. Already down to 3 stars by this point.

ANOTHER 2 weeks later i call and they have had the part but haven't told me. I ask for a discount for the trouble and they said they'll call me back. They didn't.

Got an email quoting the job at $520 total for a replacement (not rebuild). Called for explaination. Front office workers were nice and patient, but unhelpful because they are neither the technician nor management and couldn't offer any adequate explainations, just speculations that I'm incorrect.

They refused to offer any reconciliation for their poor communication and service, which all I was asking was to pay what was originally quoted to me ($250).

I wouldn't recommend them for any plumbing project.

Called to get an estimate and was told that the cost was $120 for the estimate if I didn’t use their services. So, theoretically if it’s a job they don’t want the price is inflated and I’m out $120. Thanks but no thanks. Don’t do business that way.

Just a heads up for others: They charge a huge fee just for coming out to do an estimate. I've talked to 4 other companies so far and every single one will do a free diagnosis/estimate. They also won't give you the price for services unless you get a diagnosis which is just.wow.

I can not say enough good things about Covenant Plumbing! They were awesome throughout our whole experience and were so easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone and will use them again In the future!
