I just recently went to them due to water being in my phone they fix the issue in no time and the price was very reasonable thank you all once again

This team is great! My charger broke off inside my laptop, and I called Computer Exchange for help. Without seeing the issue they told me they would have to take my laptop apart and it would cost between $120-140. Luckily I was in the area of CPR and decided to pop in and see if they could help. There were three employees working and when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and they were all super nice. I told them the issue and one guy (forgot his name) let me know he would try, but could not guarantee. He was gone ab 10 mins and came back with it fixed! The total was $35! $100 difference! If I ever have an issue with my phone or computer, I'll definitely visit them again! Customer service was great, and I didn't feel like I was bothering them like some places.

I had such an amazing experience at CPR Augusta! They greeted me promptly and were able to repair my phone in no time. The customer service was phenomenal, I was followed up making sure I was happy after picking up my device. They offer a number of services and I will be taking all future repairs to them!

They said all I needed was a charger but but my phone needs fixing I got the charger and it still doesn't it's not working.

This store was AMAZING! They were professional. They were fast. My kid's iPad is FIXED! Please do ME one favor though. The price they give is the price you pay. PLEASE don't try and haggle if/when I'm standing behind you! But I digress. AMAZING SHOP!

The charge port and screen was cracked on my ipad and was told by the manufacturer that it could not be fixed.wrong! CPR fixed it and I saved a ton! Thank you.

I missed my scheduled appointment, but the staff was still able to get my phone fixed in less than 2 hours. Very efficient and professional.

I received a receipt from this company for services I did not receive. I mean it showed payment and an Xbox serial number that was not my Xbox. I called and they didn’t even try to explain to me who made a purchase under my name. It seemed a bit shady to me.

The screen fell out after one day of use and when I tried to contact them about it they told me that because the screen cracked when it fell out that it's their policy they can't fix it because it's cracked even though it cracked due to their poor quality of work on this phone.
But it was fast, cheap service.

They repaired my son's iPad within a few days. They are very professional and helpful, and their prices seem to be comparable to other places. I'd recommend them to anyone needing electronics repairs.

Son drop his Nintendo DS crack screen. Drop off on a Monday, game was ready the next day. Price for repair reasonable. Customer Service Superior. Most definitely will recommend to family and friends.

This is a really good repair shop but you got to be careful with what you take to them. I took my phone and they did an outstanding job fixing it so shouts out. On the other hand I took them my laptop and they tried to get over on me. They told me it wasn't worth fixing and with the same breath tried to sell me a refurbished laptop for almost 800 dollars.needless to say I got a new laptop anyways with a warranty and didn't have to pay that kind of price.

Had a great customer experience. Guys where very helpful! Saved me a ton on a phone upgrade! I was a few weeks out of back surgery. The gentleman did everything curbside, I didn't have to stand around his showroom while they swapped my phone over.

The staff was very professional. Seem to be really abrest to the knowledge of solving cell phone problems. My service technician was Ismael, he diagnosed the problem and repair my phone in a very timely manner. I would certainly recommend my family and friends to cell phone repair. (C. P. R.)
