CPR Cell Phone Repair Lithonia

Poor quality. Since I got my screen “fixed” it started to bleed and my iPhone doesn’t respond well anymore. They said it’s not covered under the warranty they offer and claimed it’s from physics damage from the past. I didn’t have this issue when my phone had a crack until so I’m thinking it’s the junk screens they use to replace it. Definitely going to Apple next time.

They fixed my phone dec 5 and now here it is Dec 19 and my phone is doing the same exact thing! They did not say anything was wrong with my phone they just took my money and told me one price on the phone I get there it’s a whole higher price I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!

Great customer service. Very nice and courteous staff. Knowledgable and ask questions about your product just in case you need more services and they recommend you to their services in the future.

Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. They were training a new employee and were patient and kind to him, while teaching him. Although their posted policy is to pay before, I paid after service was completed as they were not sure they could repair my damaged screen and LCD. Their prices are posted online (check online first, then schedule your appointment) In 35 mins my phone screen was brand new and working better than ever. Great job!

BEWARE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE Took my 10X max iPhone in to CPR to have the screen replaced, $400.2 days later my screen had a big green line going down the middle of it and I couldn’t use it. Call CPR to see what I could do about it, nothing was done and no compensation what so ever horrible customer service. Just to find out later, Apple said the screen was improperly seated which caused my lcd screen to flex too much and messed it up. Needless to say CPR didn’t know what the HELL they were doing, didn’t care and blame it on me. Lesson learned, take it to your carrier (the professionals) for your phone repairs, save time and money

My experience was great, I love the fact it only took an hr to fix my phone and camera and the price was great. I was almost sure I would have to pay well over a $100 to replace the shattered screen but I didn’t even pay $100. Thank you to the team at the Stonecrest location.

Horrible service I came on the 3rd of March to fix my screen and it still freezes. They don’t have a price menu so its as if they make up the prices as you come. And there’s a late 30 or early 40 year old man with glasses down stairs with a disgusting attitude that needs to be fired. I tried calling for the manager and of course every time I call he wasn’t there. Don’t even waste your time it’s a rip off

They gave a screen protector that didn’t work which cracked my real phone and they wouldn’t give me a free repair

I recently got my phone screen replaced and not two days later the screen had a crack going across it! ! Very poor quality.

Took care of all my needs and made sure I left with a working device great quick service I recommend anyone with cellphone issues to come here!

My disappointing experience was at Salem Rd in Covington, GA. Because you guys do so well with cell phone repairs stick with what you know, Leave computers, tablets, laptops, and iPad for the experts.

Cheap LCD they use on my phone now the quality of my iPhone looks bad. They tried to blame it on apple’s new update when I came to get the LCD switch out for a new one.

They have fixed my phone over 5xs and each time have done a great job always threw in a little extra as a valued customer and the men that work there are amazing friendly helpful and quick

My I-phone screen needed to be replaced. CPR in the Stoncrest Mall fixed the screen and five days later the screen cracked. Of couse when I went back they said I would have to pay for a new screen. The products that they use to repair the phones are cheap.

I cracked my iPhone 6. So I brought it in to be fixed. They fixed it super fast without breaking my bank.

I haven't gotten my phone fixed here yet but do I have to give them my money before they attempt to replace my screen? Cause I will not pay $60 if you are unable to actually "fix" my phone.

In a day and time where some retailers love to hustle there customers especially when it comes to cell phones.this store has integrity and work with efficiency and professionalism. And they are more affordable than the cell phone store!
