Heater repair service: Titus was polite, on time and did a thorough job on more than one occasion. He does good work and should be commended.

Coby serviced both of our units yesterday. He came earlier than scheduled because he finished another job. He was very polite. He thoroughly examined each part of our system explaining a repair we will need to make at our next service and not replacing an expensive filter because that was not needed.
