11 I purchased a phone this evening at this location after which the clerk "Carlos L. " transferred my number but refused to "mirror" my apps as this store has done with our phone purchases in the past.
When the clerk in no uncertain terms refused to honor a polite request, I asked for my old phone and money back. He wouldn't refund my "transfer fee" even though I kept my old phone and they don't issue a receipt, so who knows where that money went!
I called the company and they flatly said he should've transferred my apps - standard procedure.
This is no way to operate a business and I intend to follow through with a formal complaint.
Don't know what they doing could not get my phone to work on their system but I left and went to T-Mobile and they got my phone to work on their system
I was there to transfer from AT&T with my husband. I had a awful experience at AT&T before, so I even did not expect a lot. I realised I made a mistake, She was a so kind that I could transfer three lines. Even after 8 pm, she named Luisa did her best for us. We are so happy to be with you, Cricket.
My wife and I stopped by here on March 5. Didn't catch the names of the gentlemen who helped us, but they did a great job. They got us set up with a new account and two new phones, and did all the work for us. It was a great experience, and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a better deal than AT&T will give you.
It says they open at 10 & it is 10: 15 with the doors still locked and no employees. Update your hours if you don’t plan on being here
