Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, Roswell GA

Spoke with a gentleman, at this location earlier today. Very rude and argumentative, and when I told him he was being rude to someone who was trying to come in and make a purchase, but needed information before coming in, then he proceeded to yell at me. I would not recommend doing business at this location

I think that one star is too much for the terrible service they have, the two young women who work in this place are very rude, no solution to the problem, many excuses, first of all that the phone I bought could no longer be returned, when the receipt says that It's seven days after the purchase, another excuse that the system didn't work and that the phone was free and so many more excuses, the suggestion as a customer is that we should help people instead of putting our hand on their head to lower them instead of helping

The worst Cricket store I ever been in, Only 3 phones in the whole store have information tags under display phones, so I have to ask a the store manager about each phone and she act like it's to much to answer. So how am I supposed know any information about buying a new phone? (Plus workers take display tags off so they can charge you more then what the company advertising for deals) Don't go to this store, to much laziness to do there job there and they might be scamming you making up their own pricing.

Who is the manager at this store? Because a bilingual staff is necessary! No one speaks English here! When I walked in all I got was a BLANK STARE. It's very inconvenient and comes off careless as a business no one everrrr answers the phone here either. It makes no sense to have everything in the store written in English but have a staff that only speaks Spanish. Make it make sense, America is a melting pot get it together!
