I have used cricket wireless for many years, and now they for some reason charged me twice, so I call and they tell me to contact customer service, which I did and I spoke to a gentleman named Shaun all in all he sucks at his job, he proceeded to tell me that they don’t make mistakes and that cricket wireless doesn’t do refunds, even though they charged me twice. So I have filed a claim through my credit card, so please read your statement and be on the lookout for double charging.

I just got service with Cricket about 4 months ago. I switched from Metro and now I'm wondering why I ever did. I couldn't get in touch with the Jasper location so I thought I'd call here and maybe get a couple of questions answered. I got 5 phones when I switched and within 4 months one of the iPhones doesn't even work. I never had this problem with Metro after 2 yrs their phones still worked with no problem. The girl who answered the phone had an attitude from the beginning and said they didn't deal with the phones after you bought them. I asked if they would do any kind of replacement or discount on another phone since it wasn't but a few months old or if I needed to call customer service and ask them which she replied it wasn't their problem and hung up on me. I've never had anything but great customer service with my prior phone company. I wouldn't go to this store if someone paid me to do it. I'll be letting customer service know of experience here too.
