4Cricket phone support could not help me. I was told to go to a Cricket store. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Cricket, and they did nothing for me. I walked into the Cricket Store in Fort O, and in less than 10 minutes, the store rep fixed my problem. Received nothing but outstanding support.
