The employees there today were so kind and helpful. It's an absolute shame that I was sent a defective Sim card in the mail with a new phone and was asked to pay for a replacement. I asked why I had to pay for another one when I was sent a defective one and the lady pulled out her PERSONAL card to pay for MY replacement. I paid for it, it's absurd a corporation is so money hungry the employees are required to pay to replace something that came from corporate that is DEFECTIVE and far from the employees control. Cricket needs to do better by their employees AND customers. The customer service line to call is a joke!
Over the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get a copy of my cellphone statement. After being locked out of my account and then denied access to the server when trying to log into my account, I went to the Jasper store. Erika went way above and beyond to help me get information about the service that I pay for. I called the customer care 800 # several times, to no avail. If you want superb customer service, go see Erika at the local cricket. She understands what customer service is. TY E
Not this store particularly but cricket in itself has the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Used my upgrade and paid $250 out of my pocket for a phone that doesn't work and got told there is nothing they can do about it!
