6Mr. Randy is an amazing guy every question I have he answers. There's days that im not in a good mood but Randy always makes me laugh. He makes sure everything is working and you understand it.
Customer service here is nonexistent. They definitely do not listen to what you want. And will give you only what they want. Not only did I walk out without a phone, but I now having to dispute a charge of over $150.00 with my bank because the customer service guy "would not" listen to what we wanted. When I explained to him that he was trying to give me something I did not want he told me he already charged my card and I would have to deal with my bank to resolve it. So in the meantime, I have no phone and $150 of my money is frozen at my bank.
They don't answer the phone and they want you to go to Twitter? !? !? ! Who goes to Twitter for customer support. I don't even have a Twitter B. S
Great down to earth place to get a different plan! I had Sprint, and now I don't. Good place and good people!
They might as well rip out all the landlines and cell phone they have it forwarded to because they will NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALL.
