Kendall Lyons was amazing! He should get a raise and be promoted immediately. Great customer service. I hope someone at Cricket sees this. My situation was difficult, and he could have easily sent me away. Kendall kept helping me even though he had to call two different numbers and eventually start a text with Cricket. I would give Kendall 10 stars if I could.

At the initial set up of my new phone service, I thought that this is going to be the best thing in my cell phone experiences. But on day six I was meet the worst thing you can have happen. That day I had gotten a ride to the grocery store next to the CRICKET WIRELESS STORE. As soon as I walked into the grocery store I realized I had left my phone in my buddy’s truck and I just had time to see him turn out of the lot with my phone. So I’m thinking I can walk 2 doors down from where I had such a great experience with my Cricket Wireless purchase that it would be such a relief when they help me with the return of my phone.
It was a great disappointment to me, I went inside the store and asked if I could use their phone to call my phone which I had left in my friends car. The girl that I had dealt with in my purchase of the phone was present as well as another person that I had spoken with in the past both looked at me like I had a weapon in my hand, and in the calmest voice they both said no. After the shock I felt, I must have not understood what they said, I them ask if either of them had a phone that could be used to help me with the find my iPhone. The only thing I got was a look that I immediately knew that they had no idea what I was talking about, when I explained it to them the told me that I had to purchase that app from Apple and it had to be done at the apple store. There is more to this story. But it just makes me angry

I am late in writing this review. I switched over a month ago and these young ladies are fabulous. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and assure me of the package that would fit my needs. I just went back yesterday and their customer service was just as astonishing as the first visit. It is service like this that makes me proud to spend my money and be a proud cricket customer. Thank you ladies! Just Like That!

Poor customer service! Waited over 10 minutes to be served with no acknowledgment. Two sale representatives talking to one customer.

I’ve been meaning to write this review, but, Lizzet was so helpful. She went above & beyond when providing customer service to my sister & I. And she’s excellent with multitasking.
