I am new customer since Saturday, called customer service and keep getting hung up on, or told supervisor will call me, new phones almost a grand no service and they locked my banking information.don't sign up here I am contacting contract attorney.in morning yes that is correct I have to get attorney$$$$ out of my pocket to get reimbursed.don't sign up with them.there blogg has upset customer s but you have to get robbed before you can see it.
Just got response from head quarter.i guess its automatic response or someone doesn't know how to read

I just called Cricket, the rep wasn't listening to me, I asked for his name & ID, and he conveniently hung up on me. I called back. Got a nice gentleman, asked for a supervisor, he said he'd get me one, and it wouldn't be a long hold. I held for 16 minutes - as soon as it sounded like someone was coming on the line, I was disconnected. As SOON as I get back from my trip, I will be finding another carrier. They are as horrible as they come! And good luck trying to understand why at they saying!

Got a phone on Sunday from cricket it didn't work by Wednesday Wednesday I got another phone and it didn't work Thursday morning I took it back Thursday afternoon and they refuse to give me my refund and it was within the seven days that's $156 I'm out of

I purchased an iPhone XR this past week because they are doing a port in promotion where if u port your number from another company the phone will be 249.99 plus tax. Well I purchased the phone and was charged 530.99. I asked the sales associate why it was so high and he informed me that he forgot to put the code in for the promo deal but also informed me there was nothing he could do after he cashed me out. I have called 611 and I have also went back into the store, the general manager said there was nothing he could do about getting me my money back and all he offered me was accessories out of the store. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

It depends what employee is working at the store in Carbondale Mall. This one employee is completely dishonest and acts like he is above you. It is easy to figure out who he is. Hopefully there is another employee then you can ask to speak to someone else. I have been driving 45 min out of my way to afford being treated like that by him. It hurts I am a full time student with not alot of money and he made sure I knew that.

I have a small business and thanks to this company has 5 lines for $125 I mean $25 per line flat rate for unlimited without any contract and with my existing cell phones I was able to provide my employees with a cell phone for each one, exclusively for my employees to use it for my business.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I CALLED TO HAVE A NUMBER ON MY ACCOUNT CHANGED AND AT THE TIME MY PHONE WASNT WITH ME THE ONE I WANTED CHANGED. THE GUY TOLD ME HE WOULD WAVE THE FEE AND I COULD CALL BACK. WHEN I CALLED BACK THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $15 TO HAVE THE NUMBER CHANGED AND I EXPLAINED WHAT THE PREVIOUS GUY SAID BUT THE SUPERVISOR SAID HE COULD NOT FIND ANY DETAIL IN MY ACCOUNT, IMAGINE THAT!

Worst customer service for a company. A supposedly manager transferred me back to the automated message bc he was unable to fix my issue. I have reported this company to the BBB for all their lies and deceptions

Right now 1 start and if the problem is resolved may increase the ratings, in fact I would have rated Cricket 5 stars, but this AM I call the Fayetteville GA Store and the lady who answered the phone needs training in sales as well as customer service. She never offered a complete answer to my question and she hung on me twice and now she is not answering the phone, I even had a friend to call to see if they received the same treatment.but the calls are not being answered. WOW

They have no security for you! They allow anyone to access your account by saying they forgot the security pin. Worst customer service and security measures I've ever experienced! How easy would it be for someone to access their computers to steal customer identities? Go to any other phone carrier. Cricket used to be good but, customer service has gone to hell along with their security practices.

I've been with you guys ever since you all open and I never been so dissapointed with your service than I'm now. I bought the blade X phone and I have the highest payment plan and I still can't get any service. I feel like you all is cheating me out my money. I need this corrected as soon as possible I'm tired of this I need my service or I would not be sending you this message. Please correct this problem.

Wish I can give a negative sign. Very dissatisfied with service and customer service at the store and via phone. Just switched from another Carrier and since I get Crooked Wireless I only have 1 signal bar and bunch of drop calls. Sucks!

I used to have post pay with t-mobile for unlimited (i used to pay over $100) its been six months since ive changed to cricket and i only pay $55 for unlimited data. Its my first expirience with prepay and i love it.

Terrible customer care center! I just got done waiting on hold for 5 hours (yes 5 hours) to speak to a manager just to be told sorry I cant help u. You'll b lucky to even get a employee that speaks english when u call. The language barrier is big!
