My husband and I worked with Michael Delaney to sell our first home. It was a nerve wracking experience but Michael did everything he could to help put our mind at ease and ensure a smooth process. When we showed up a closing, there were unforeseen paperwork issues at the law office we were at however Michael was key in helping to work through the issues and move the process along whenever possible. If we are ever buying or selling a home again, we would love to work with Michael again!

Mike Delaney helped me sell my home in Duluth, GA. I was a first time home seller and had anxiety about the process. Mike led us seamlessly through the process, answered all my questions, and kept me highly informed from start to finish. It was great to work with him. He was able to facilitate a deal with all parties involved walking away with a huge win. Can't say it enough, great guy, and I look forward to working with him in the future.

This review is NOT directed toward Mr. Mike Delaney. I must say that he was incredible when we got contacted to him through a veterans program. It’s more so for a realtor that he sent to us. In the beginning everything was great. She was very kind and we trusted her, even with her being a new realtor. Fast forward, we get accepted for a home and for whatever reason our “lender” can’t get us a clear to close after we started asking questions due to things not adding up on THEIR end. My husband is a Veteran and they were trying to say that supposedly his income didn’t meet after paying all necessary bills, which didn’t make sense. The lender claimed that they were gonna do everything they could because “it’s not about the money. It’s about getting veterans into a homes. ” To make a long story short. Ms. K. Hart, our realtor, told me and my husband in a aggravating tone, “Y’all are taking a lot of money out of peoples pockets. ” To say that to first time homebuyers and your clients who are already discouraged, was rude and insensitive. To make matters worse, After the deal didn’t go through, (after trying almost 45 days to get a CTC) she forwarded us the email from our lender with our denial letter, in which we saw that she was talking negatively about us (her clients) to our lender. Saying that we couldn’t afford the home and we weren’t ready for the home buying process, etc. It broke our hearts. It wasn’t that we weren’t ready for the process, we chose the wrong people to assist us in that process. After seeing the email, we found a new realtor and lender the very next day. We got our clear to close in TWO WEEKS after getting our offer accepted. That says alot.

Again, Mr. Delaney was awesome. He should just speak to his realtors about how they speak to/about clients and conduct business.:)

I would highly recommend Mike Delaney for buying or selling your next Home. Mike made this stress and worry free. Walked you through every step and was ALWAYS available to answer all my questions even after closing. Thanks Mike for all your help!
