I bought a laptop about a month ago tried to get a return label for at least 3 weeks finally had to return it on my own half the keys don't work I have done called these people cannot get a response very disappointed never buy from this place

So far only half impressed.package received in timely manner and in good shape however Windows 11 was not added correctly and states product key is used on diff device. If I wanted to buy Windows 11 and install myself I would have. I trusted it was going to be set up for me already on this device. I am fine with Windows 10 to be honest which it has but now I am unable to change any settings or personalize due to Windows 11 not activated. I have tried multiple avenues to contact CTechCity. No response so far. I understand I purchased a refurbished device but I fully expected to have the systems and specs that were advertised. Frustration level at an 11.

Shipping was fast, as described. The laptop came very well packaged and looked practically brand new. BUT after unpacking it and plugging it up it NEVER powered on, even after charging for 2 hours. I emailed the seller immediately but never received a response. I repack it and started the return process the same day. I will not purchase from this seller again.

I ordered a computer from them online, 2 weeks ago. They haven't shipped it out although they created a shipping label. I called the shipping company and was told that while a shipping label was created, they never received the laptop. I've contacted Ctechcity multiple times with no response. They are obviously scammers. Don't buy from them.

*Update: I opened a case with PayPal since that was what I used for payment and won. I was refunded my money but still, steer clear of this company.

I ordered a desktop computer from them and I was shocked when I received a very old computer that sounded like a bad car engine when I plugged it in and it wouldn't even turn on! I called and left several voicemails and they never responded. They ripped me off and they knew it! My son said the computer was from the early 2000's. These people are scammers!

Placed an order on Newegg in error. Messaged the seller within ten minutes to please cancel the order and not ship. Three days later they shipped it anyways to the wrong address and will charge a restocking fee.
