I have been going to Cyber-Tech Computers for about nine years and the expertise and service is outstanding. Unfortunately for me, I moved away and used another service for about four years and I finally went back to Cyber-Tech. It was well worth the drive for me as Moe has helped me tremendously with my equipment and understanding basic issues to help me better deal with my numerous laptops for my business.

I highly recommend Cyber-Tech for servicing your computers as well as purchasing refurbished laptops. I will never go anywhere else. This place is the best!

I've been going to Cyber-Tech Computers for many years now. I know I can get honest answers from owner Moe Ibrahim and the best deal possible on new and rebuilt computers and computer paraphernalia. He's also specializes in building computers to order with patience to listen to what the purchaser needs and give relative and up-to-date advise on what goes together best. His warranty programs are relatively inexpensive and he stays on top of problems one may be having with their equipment. I'll continue to go to Cyber-Tech as I know I'll get answers, patience, experience and expertise that will solve any problem I may have with my equipment.

I have used Cyber-Tech for years for service, upgrade, and troubleshooting problems with my laptop and desktop computers. I prefer having a personal relationship with a "go-to-guy" versus impersonal service from other places. Moe is honest, reasonably priced, and will give you the personal attention needed to fully explain the delivered service.

I was lucky enough to find Cyber-Tech shortly after moving to Atlanta. He's the best! The quality of repairs is top notch, and the price is always affordable. He has solved problems on my MacBook that Apple store tech said were unsolvable (or would cost thousands of dollars to repair - no joke).

Cyber-Tech is a first-rate customer-conscious tech company. Mo Ibrahim, the owner, is very knowledgeable, but takes the time to explain as well. He is always very upfront about what he thinks is the best and most efficient manner in which to deliver a customer's requests. My family has been using Cyber-Tech for at least 15 years now! The product we receive is always from first-rate materials and the turnaround time is quite good. I recently replaced my old desktop with a new light laptop and peripherals as recommended by Mo. He put the whole system together for me and I am very please with it!

Excellent Service, Knowledgeable Staff. They have always had a very quick response time and will even expedite their response to resolve your issue in an emergency. They also offer to come to your location if you are unable to bring your equipement to theirs! Highly recommended!
