After many issues with my just out of warranty system Kevin the tech spoke with his manager James about doing what was needed and still keep it in warranty. We had had a bunch of issues that were never fixed and while Kevin was here he found issues with another unit that I hadn’t even called him about. He spent many hours troubleshooting and found out it was a manufacturer defect. So not only did he fix the unit I called him for but the second unit and with the okay from James they were both fixed under warranty. They didn’t have to do that but they did. I would definitely recommend Dalton heating and air. Ask for Kevin.

Update: Again after my ac not working James the owner came out again and replaced my compressor for free. This is 6 months out from warranty. Best service ever. Thanks James.

These guys put a heat and air unit in our house today. I was pleasantly surprised with the skill and professionalism. They installed it and were gone in 2 hours. A previous company told us they would take a day and a half and since we have cats, that wasn't an option. And the cost was considerably lower as well. I highly recommend them.

Kevin came out on time, thoroughly checked my system and determined the problem. Told me what I needed to do until the scheduled repair day, ordered the part and scheduled the repair day. Very professional and explained what he did and what needs to be done very well.

Dakota was professional and contacted me regarding arrival time. He explained everything he did and seemed to be through in his work. Great representative of the company.

We recently had to have some manufacture warranty work done. They did a great job and took care of us, while we were waiting for the manufacturer to take care of their part. They have always done great by us and stand by their work.

Nothing like the nightmare of a sleepless night during record heat wave especially when it’s Friday night! Called Dalton Heating and Air at around midnight as they list business hours as 24/7. Sure enough at a little before 9 on Saturday morning I get a call back and by 5 this afternoon the service call was complete. The $40 weekend service call surcharge was well worth it for 2 nights sleeping with AC! Would highly recommend!

Kevin was a great help. He found the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. Very responsive company. I have a cleaning scheduled and had maintenance set up for 2 visits a year and pricing was very reasonable. Happy to work with them again.

Anthony and crew was on time and did quick work on a new unit and was very pleased with there work. I would highly recommend these guys for any problems

Tech (Dakota) was very knowledgeable, thorough explanation of issue and resolution. Tech did not push any kind of sale, services or repairs. Would recommend.

A technician from Dalton heating and air came out and identified and corrected the problem swiftly. (Clogged condensation pipe). He was courteous and helpful and the cost was minimal. Highly recommend.
