Danny's Lock & Key, Buford GA

Following the death of my brother, I discovered he had a locked SENTRY 4-bolt safe and I could not locate the combination. We had used Danny before for a residential lock issue so we called him to see if he could help. It turned out he was nearby and he came immediately. He had to drill the safe to get it open. He did it quickly and was extremely careful not to make a mess. I could not have asked for a better experience; I highly recommend Danny for any type of lock issue. He is excellent.

Joe was quick and efficient. Got to my car quick too and saved me from the cold! If (and when ;P) I lock my keys in my car I will call again!

My key fob was damaged and the car would no longer detect the key, so I could not start the car. In about 15 minutes he programmed a new key fob and I was able to be on my way. Great service!

My husband was also impressed with the service. I hope that I never have to use them again, but I would highly recommend them if you are ever locked out.

Called this company to request keys to be made. When I was quoted the price, it seemed to be on the very high side. Almost 70 more. When I told him, he got extremely defensive saying he had really great prices and I wouldn’t be able to beat his prices. First thought, I was like OK! This can’t possibly be how your talk to customers. Your sales skills are absolutely horrible. I don’t even know how you’re still in business to be honest. I thought I’d leave it there. But I accidentally called this company back, here is where you would think he would at least take this as an opportunity to earn my business. But, Nope. Just as, if not, more arrogant and rude than before. I really wish I could make this up! Needless to say, I got the service done by another company and got 2 automobile keys and 2 remotes nearly for how much he was charging for one! Only lesson here folks, is to call around! We work to hard for our money to be out here giving it to people like this guy. I hope he learns a little something for this review! Namaste.
