Dropped my phone in the parking lot at work. Boss recommended this place and he was right. This place is awesome! I would have paid a $200 deductible with my carrier, I paid less then half of that. Had my phone up and going on my lunch break. I will recommend to anyone I see.seriously.

I have been here before and had great service for past visits. The only reason I am giving four out of five stars is that I have read all the reviews about their screens and the ones for the iPhone are not direct replacement they require you to turn your brightness up more then if it was an Apple screen. In which the man told me that this was true but the screen didn't fit perfectly in my iPhone and I have a gap between the screen and the frame.so reading reviews before I went. Seems to be a common complaint. I checked around my phone to see if the frame is bent and to check any other problems the only problem was a cracked screen so when I went back to pick phone up. I checked everything screen was not completely inside frame man at counter said over time frames get bent and cannot be bent back very good. So I jokingly said I would put some silicone there in which I don't mind doing that but I pushed it down with my fingers right in front of the guy. So in closing they do decent work very nice people but if they bend your telephone putting a screen in their answer is going to be, it was like that when they got it.but they will put a screen in and fix your phone at a less expensive price than most people and they will smile at you while they do it.so if you can deal with a minor imperfections then these people are your best bet

I am not with the service that I got with this repair store. I need a battery replaced on my iPad Mini and I no longer have it, because the store in Hiram took it apart and sold it for parts. I was checking in on it almost every week. One of the guys told me that he would put it back together and call me when he did, but I never got a call and the next time that I went up there to check on it they couldn't find it so he said it probably got sold for parts.

I took my iphone 5c there today to get my charging port fix an the person that did it messed up my phone is showing thats its charging bout its not coming on at all
