Dillard's, Atlanta GA

Was kind of disappointed that they didn't have no Nautica but they had plenty of Polo that was extremely high

We went to Dillard's a couple days ago to exchange some jeans. Tannine was extremely nice and helped us out with finding a pair of jeans in-store and ordering another pair online. Thank you again for the exceptional customer service!

The lady at the cologne counter was so sweet nad patient with me, i think she sprayed every cologne until i found the one i liked.

Dillard's is a great store. They were having a sale and the salesperson was available when needed.

I visited the Ladies and Juniors departments here a couple of weeks ago (7/15 to be exact) and the young lady at the register was so pleasant and refreshingly kind. I wish I’d caught her name but I believe she was from Mississippi. I just wanted to publicly recognize her amazing customer service efforts!

The Atlantic station Dillard's is my go to place for shopping always. Shah at the Polo section is the best employee there. He always helps me pick out the most up to date items for my husband. Thank you Shah for making a pleasant shopping experience for me at Dillard's. I highly recommend that if you go to Atlantic Station Dillard's, than go to Shah!

I do Not appreciate the service here sometimes. Not only do I have issues here, but they are inexcusable. I come to the offices and I can find no staff to help me check out my items. If I tell the manager, they might get dearly upset as to why I am saying something and my reasoning or as to why I’m saying it. I’m not sure why their service is like this is as to why it seems as though the employees don’t put their pride in coming to work on display to present to the customers.

Looking for a bra I like.found it! Assistance from customer service person was great. Found some nice Belvedere shoes for him on sale.

Ridiculous. I have been twice in a month and BOTH times I was approached by parking police asking me if i worked at there when I parked. Once I came out and had a warning on my car. Maybe pay attention to the people smoking weed in the lot instead? I used to be a loyal customer but I’m sick of their behavior and since this is the closest one to me, I’m out.

Customer care was not good. We lost bill, ended up getting 60 dollars for 160 dollars spent. Very bad experience.

This is my favorite store in Atlanta. Prices are a bit higher than other stores but you can always find many pretty clothes on sales here. Highly recommend it!

Selection of men's clothing very limited at the Atlantic station store. Perimeter Mall Dillard's is far better.

I stopped by the men's shoes section on May 18 at 6: 30pm. The employee, a man, was sitting in a chair in the shoe section watching a video on his phone. I get it, it's slow sometimes. But he saw me browsing shoes, makes eye contact with me and then walks in the back without any acknowledgement. I like J&M shoes and I typically buy the from this Dillard's but this time I just walked out. I'll find someplace else.

Very nice store weld merchandize. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bathroom however the bathroom door looks like a door from a gas station solution replace it or repaint it and maintain it

The staff here was extremely nice and helpful especially the gentleman in the Big & Tall area he helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was very friendly and made suggestions.really went above and beyond!

Clerks were very helpful. Looking for big and tall (more of the tall than big). Got good deal on some slacks and several $60 shirts for $10. Very good shopping experience. One clerk street wise with a hilarious sense of humor.
