Discount Tire, Marietta GA

We have bought several sets of new tires at this Discount Tire location. They always get high marks for customer service, great selection, speedy service, nice clean store. We are very happy with all of our experiences at East Cobb Discount Tore.

These guys were AMAZING! I got in my car after work to find that I had screws in multiple tires and they were leaking air quickly.
Every where else closed at 5 and it was already 5: 30. I called ahead to make sure they would have time to change them (yes I was in tears) and the gentleman that answered the phone (it was Jason I think) was SO NICE. Even when I got there and was profusely apologizing for coming in right at closing he told me not to worry that this was an emergency and what they were here for.
Adam helped us pick out the perfect tire over the phone before I arrived and also helped me with my check out process.
They were able to get me in and out in under an hour. I can't give these guys enough praise for how nice and helpful they were.

STAY AWAY! I have had one issue after another with this store! It's a bunch of kids that have no training on what they are doing.
First the mounted my tires on the wrong wheels, then they mounted them the wrong direction as they are staggered and directional, then thy put 50 lbs of air them instead of 35-40 lbs. I called and asked for the manager after waiting on hold forever, once they were on the phone and I asked to speak to a manager, they hung up on me.

Cheerfully stayed open after 6pm on Wednesday before Thanksgiving to fix our tire! It turned out that we really needed 4 new ones to be able to safely drive out of state on our Thanksgiving trip! We are SO grateful to be back on the road again!

Customer service here is awesome. I have come in twice now to have a hole patched in a tire, that I didn't even have a service contract with them on, and they have fixed it for free both times. I will definitely try to bring my business to these guys, and will recommend the same to my friends. They are great.

I cannot say enough positive things about this location! Upon arrival I had practically no wait time to check in and completed the services within 20 minutes (Super Fast Service). I will definitely be coming here from now on for any services I will need in the further. Amazing team!

If you expect them to give you any considerations after you have purchased new tires. DON'T! Went in to have them check brand new tires because the pressure keeps going low. DID NOT CARE AT ALL. I will not spend anymore money with them!

We’ve been coming to this location since they opened and have had excellent service, every time. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. We were heading out of town for a week and realized we had a slow-ish air leak in a tire. It was a Friday during the summer and they were crazy busy, but they were so gracious and welcomed us to come in for a repair. They clearly prioritized us and had us out in less than an hour! We were truly wowed and very grateful.

Great customer service as always. I've never had a bad experience with Discount Tire at any location. There were unforeseen delays due to shipping (not Discount Tire's fault), and they still made sure everything was taken care of and offered other options. Ultimately, we waited for the original tires and they look great.

Rude and unprofessional staff.they put on wrong tires for me i told them before putting the new tires that i want the same michelin tires that i got last time they guy named austin was rude and told me the price difference and said this is the price u want it or not.will never come back to this location…

Had a flat tire, and investing in tire coverage was the best decision ever. As always. Discount tire employees are so kind and patient, and it feels like they truly want your best.

It only took 2 hours for them to get my car in and the tire replaced, every employer was really nice and very helpful. A godsend in a tire emergency

Shocking. Shockingly good. Needed four new tires. Made appt. Found lower price (ugh) but wait - they price match. Arrived at appt, checked in right on time (on a Saturday no less) was told would take less than an hour (yeah right, laughing inside). I walk a few blocks to Starbucks, wait for my coffee and breakfast sandwich and get a text while I'm there that they are DONE. 30 minutes to do a complete 4 tire replacement. I was dumbfounded. Then I'm thinking, ok, what did they miss/forget. NOTHING. They are just set up pit stop style. It was amazing to watch them work. Earned my repeat business.

The only tire store that we consider going to. Very easy to work with, very professional and very competitive in price. Just repaired one of the tires I purchased there that manage to attract a nail and there was no charge. I’ll be back!

Roswell Rd location.
Made an online appointment for a slow leak, also requested balancing and rotation. Surprised to learn that the charge for all that work was free. Saw a worker wipe down the wet benches outside for a customer to sit in… What? ! Amazing service with very quick team! Definitely will be back as a paying customer.

I go to the Woodstock location and even a separate Marietta location and this discount tire has by far the worst and longest customer service. I needed air put in a single tire. Only three cars in the bay. Waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Still waiting.
