Today I had the batteries for my tire pressure monitors replaced, they have also installed multiple sets of tires for multiple vehicles over the years. This place is my go-to for all things tire related. Highly recommended.

Fransisco that works here is the man i blowed out a camper tire and he had me back on the road in just a few short minutes.

I had a tire emergency. They were closing for the day and I was in the parking lot dang near in tears because I am not from here and I didn’t have a way to get back the next day or leave my truck. It was about to storm and I had to pick my children up from an hour away. Scott (employee) was sooooooooo nice he opened back up and allowed me to buy a new tire and put it on rather quickly and sent me on my way. I tried to tip him via cash app or Zelle but he refused. Scott definitely proved that there are still good people out here with no hidden agenda just a kind heart!

Scott is super friendly and really informative. Every time I’ve come to this location everyone is so professional, helpful and nice!

Not sure how they do it, but all Discount Tire locations have great customer service. This one is also great. Friendly guys who will get the job done in the promised time frame.

Great prices on tires but, after service on rotate and balance is not good. Went twice for wobbling steering whell and both times issue was still there.
Took it to the dealership and they did it and no more wobbling. Weights were off by 2 ounces. This discount tire has kid's working in the back. Always jumping around and playing and doing fast jobs and not doing it well.

Great customer service, they actually pick up the phone when you call not like the other discount tire shops in the area. They respect your appointment and get you in and out quick. Been coming here for the past 3 years to buy new tires, to get them rotated or for warranty and no matter who is at front they all take care of you with absolut professionalism; i will definitely keep coming for sure. Keep it up guys.

After having a terrible experience trying to buy 1 new at Mavis a month before, I was nervous to have to try another tire shop. I had my car towed to Discount Tire after-hours after having caught a flat. I called them the next morning and spoke with Daniel who was really kind and helpful. He gave me a quote for two different options from what they had in stock. I ended up purchasing 4 new tires online, saving 5%, and was able to pick up my car in less than 45 mins. I will never go anywhere else for new tires/wheels and I'll definitely encourage my family and friends to go here too!

Sometimes you learn more about a company when problems occur. Everything went wrong. I arrived for my appointment but the tire had not yet been delivered. Two and half hours later, the tire delivery truck still had not arrived. However, despite all the problems my service tech kept me informed and had the car serviced as soon as the tire arrived. He (Bradley) did everything he could to fix the situation. So although it took two trips and the tire install more than 5 hours late, service tech was GREAT.

Friendly and professional service, The prices on tires are pretty good, The service is relatively quick based on work load, waiting area is clean. I recommend.

I've been purchasing my tires from this location for years now, but this last visit was just awesome. Kenny was not only super nice, but he took his time explaining our different options and even checked to see if there was a promotional discount for the set of tires.
Ita really hard to find this kind of kindness anywhere these days. Im very happy with this location!

Yeah this was the place where I took them a spare rotted tire for my japanese KEI van with a replacement I bought. They changed it out for free. I made them take ten bucks anyways but these guys here.class act. They never let me down even if it's an obscure japanese van.

I have been going to Discount tire for years now great service and fast support. I purchased a tire from the. A few weeks ago and not sure how but I got a bubble on the outside of the tire. I took it to them today and HUGO was very helpful came right out saw the problem and said he would replace it no charge. I was afraid I would have to spend the last bit of money I had on another tire but they really saved my butt. Lol. If you have ANY tire issue this place will always be here for you.

There is a reason why I have been using Discount Tires at Discover Mill Mall for more than a decade.

It has very little to do with the price, although they are competitive

What really matters is the attention to detail and sometimes that means them taking responsibility.

After getting a couple of new tires yesterday I noticed an issues that could only have happened at Discount Tires during the install process.

I called the service manager and he set up an appointment with the General manager. He listened to what my complaints were and personally took a look at the damage.

Now hold on because in this day and age you see very little of this type of behavior.

He said he was sorry for the trouble and then he went above and beyond making a repair and setting things right

Guys this is the kind of shop you can send the Wife to without worrying that she will get the run around

I can’t stress enough how Chris/Discount tire went above and beyond what they needed to do to earn my business. I will definitely be returning to this location, and recommending it to my coworkers.

Bought some tires from a different local shop, who after ONE day didn’t want to take the tires back, or work with the manufacturer to get me one something different. After trying some other big stores with corporate backing, Chris stepped up where he didn’t have to and went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars here. Made a bad situation 110% better. Definitely give this shop a chance.

Was in a rush and the delivery truck came late but the guys here were awesome and had my car up on the lift waiting for the truck and did a speedy job to make sure I didn’t miss my appointment! Awesome job will definitely be coming back
