Discount Tire, Alpharetta GA

This place is great! Like for real! I have only had smooth experiences here. July 2020 I got 4 new tires and the staff was friendly and professional and the process was easy and did not take long. Fast forward to this past fall, maybe October, I came in and spoke to a gentlemen about getting new rims and tires. I was able to get help immediately and spoke to him for about 10 minutes. I did not go through with it but he was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Then I got two flats last night. I go in there today and the process only took 15 minutes. Shoutout to Richard and Carter and another gentlemen who I spoke with on the phone when I called earlier today. Appreciate you guys! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I am only gonna choose this store unless they close or I move away. Thank y’all!

Gave us some loaner tires to get us where we need to go, very helpful especially because we were passing through with a family a 5. Being your business here they’ll take care of you.

I had a great experience buying new set of tires for a truck I had just purchased, and getting them installed here.

Shopping online was a breeze, I set up an appointment online too after checking out, was met in the parking lot before I even walked in the store, was kept updated on the status of my vehicle the whole time, and was out of there in an hour. The sales rep at the counter was very friendly, and after overhearing multiple conversations he had on the phone and in person I was surprised with how much patience and knowledge he had.
I chose discount tire because my wife had a good experience with another location installing tires in the past, and had used the free tire plug service at this location recently.

The wheels and tires were slightly greasy, but I don’t expect a tire shop to wash and degrees my car, and understand that bead lubricant is required for new tires so still 5 stars. Lobby and bathrooms were clean, and no one tried to upsell me on anything (although I did hear them trying to sell some windshield wipers to a lady that walked in with a flat).

They do a good job. Definitely expect a wait time. I don't say that as a negative, they have a full staff and work at a rapid pace. With that said, there's a reason they're so busy.

DO NOT GO Anywhere else when you need tire care/replacement. This staff is top notch, focused, customer service oriented and is very transparent about what you may or may not need.

I haven't had many tire issues in the past but when I have I've always gone to Discount Tire. I found a screw in my back passenger tire and had gone to two other tire places to get it checked out. BOTH told me that the tire needed to be replaced.

My 3rd option (not sure why) was Discount Tire on Windward Pkwy. They had me in and out in 45 minutes, as they were super busy but have to say, what a smooth, seamless operation they have going on there. They plugged my tire, filled all other tires to the correct level and off I went. Oh, at NO CHARGE!

Don't waste your time with any other tire place. Go here and you'll be extremely satisfied. KUDOS to the Management staff and the entire team there. Keep doing what you are doing.

I ordered tires online for in-store delivery and installation. The process of booking an appointment while ordering from the corporate website was seamless, the local store was expecting me when I arrived for my appointment, and their team was ready to quickly install my four tires and get me back on the road. Excellent experience, hopefully I won't need to work with them in the near future but would definitely recommend them!

We stopped in with no appointment and a flat tire on a busy Saturday afternoon. The team did a great job of taking care of us. Felix was super friendly and helpful, it was greatly appreciated!

Tried to rip off little old lady! My 82-yo mom went in this morning with a simple puncture in her tire. Tech told her since they had used fix-a-flat that it “had ruined the tire” and they needed a new one! $325 She went to another shop and they fixed it for $20. Said fix-a-flat was not a problem. Ripping off our seniors- shame on you!

These guys are amazing! Had a blowout and these guys knocked everything out of the park from assistance to service to price. A+

The customer service is not to bad but the wait time is horrible. With a appointment I had to wait two hours and car still wasn't seen. The guy didn't even try to work something out with me at all.

I would like to give a great thanks to the team at discount tires In Alpharetta. I was working and workers on the side of the road cause my tire to go flat was able to get here to discount tire but I didn’t literally didn’t have the money to get a tire Thanks to Dawson and the guys they helped me get a tire such a blessing I would like to thank you guys. Had a screw in my tire and they checked for a leak. They slowly removed it checking for leaks the whole time. Fortunately it didn't go through the whole tread and they removed it without problem. It was a small issue, but they took good care of me. I have always had good service at Discount Tire.

Great experience- definitely plan ahead and make an appointment. I had my tires rotated / balanced and wipers replaced. They don’t charge for the rotation so my total was just $59 for front and rear wiper replacements! Out in 45 minutes. Everyone was super friendly.

Last minute flat. My tire was fixed quickly and no complaints about me getting there right before they closed, which I couldn't help. Very much appreciated.

I have unfortunately had to replace two sets of tires on both of our cars, but lucky to have found Discount Tire. Not only do they have a great selection of affordable tires, they are extremely fast at getting them swapped out when you schedule online. Highly recommend.

WOW! I cannot say how extremely satisfied I am with my experience with Felix and Malloy…they took the time to rectify an odd issue with my wheels/tires…I will always come and see them…this company has two great individuals!
