Best customer service, great warranty, and in and out in twenty minutes for a flat! Will never buy tires anywhere else!

This is why we go to Discount and will continue to be costumers.
We arrived with a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon towards the end of the day and were expecting to wait for 1-2 hours. After a few minutes, “Abiam” calls us in and started to work on the car and within 20-30 mins he got us back on the road. He was also very helpful, instead of just tossing the spare tire in the trunk, he put our spare back in its place and assured we were good. He was very ‘professional and courteous’.
We have gotten all our tires for our vehicles at Discount and will continue to be costumers. Thanks Abiam for your help!

Had an appointment for tire service, when I arrived I was informed they didn't have time! I was told my Tires were too big and it would take longer than 15 minutes, which was the amount of time they allocated for my appointment. Will not be going back!

Got a good deal for 4 tires. Staff was very friendly. Gave them 6 pizzas for their fast and efficient service. These guys got a sense of urgency and work well together. Thanks guys!

Efren is the best if you’re in the market for a honest tire guy check him out. I’ve had a lot of tire buying experience especially with these low profile Continental tires which are literally a torn in my side by he made me feel totally comfortable with his recommendations and experienced professional knowledge. He also was very helpful with the warranty and assisting our family’s tire needs. Ask for Efren guys he’s one of the best they’ve got!

They worked me in without an appt for a 2 tire balance job on a full afternoon. They also recommended a great allignment place. Friendly and personable. Warning: not all Discount Tire locations are the same!

I have only purchased tires from DT for over 10 years for our 4 cars. This past visit was disappointing. I had ordered tires and the order was not placed so I lost some days. The tires came in and I set up an appointment but waited an hour past my appointment time to get my car going. They got a full set put on in about 45 minutes but I feel that almost 2 hours is just too long.

Although the customer service was good at the shop, but mechanics' skill was not perfect. They forgot to put the bolts back at my wheel. Or they forgot to tighten the bolts.
Well, there might be possible to loosen while I am driving but it still does not make sense either. When I found it I really was surprised. I hope you have to check the bolt when you get a service here.

Excellent service and excellent prices. You must compare prices here. Found tires at lower cost here than Costco even.
I made 11am appointment (make an appointment because it's easier and faster) and my car was ready at 11: 45. Boom. Done. Even the tech greeted me witha great smile and professional handshake.

The first person we talked to told us we would definitely have to replace a tire that was losing pressure. We said that was fine because Discount Tires insured them and will replace them for free. They managed to add some patching to a leaking hole and sent us on our way 3 hours later.

BEWARE, MY 2017 JEEP CAME IN HERE AND THEY BROKE MY STUD OFF. NO REASON A STUD SHOULD BREAK OFF A 2017 JEEP. THEN THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT FIX IT. DO NOT TRUST THIS DISCOUNT TIRE WITH YOUR VEHICLE.

Excellent service, the manager and Joe are top notch. Listened to understand first before providing solutions and the solutions were exactly that solutions to my problems that day. Flat tire on a very busy road, sweating from putting the donut on, but they replaced the busted tire, ensured my donut was aired properly.
