Local toilet paper stops happen here! I have not been into big box stores since Covid started. I am able to get all my household necessities at DG.
THIS PLACE IS VERY CLEAN. EVERY THING IS ORGANIZED. THE MANAGER THERE IS SO SWEET. SHE IS BEYOND HELPFUL & SHE CARES NOT ONLY ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS BUT HER JOB 2.

Ms. Gigi, is a fixture at the dollar general, we love her, she is the sweetest employee ever. Whatever you guys are paying her, you need to triple it. She's a jewel.
So I went in this dollar store and the clerk asked a co worker to take pics of my tag and the car beside me as I was checking out I got upset let the guy who took my pic of my truck have it and left never going back was only there 5 minutes
The one person working the register was being extremely rude to everybody. Can't be that great of a job, I've seen quite turnover rate there.
I really like dollar general. I like to get my household cleaning supplies from here. The digital coupons always come in handy for the extra discounts. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Palmetto, Ga store - They're out of a lot of stuff and half the lights don't work in the store. This has been going on for 6 months or more. Maybe they should treat their employees better so they can get some quality employees and actually keep them!
It's a store for a cheap, quick fix for minor needs. Every time I go, it's always a wreck. They don't spend much time cleaning up or organizing.
You can always find several types of whatever item you're looking for here, at a good price too. Staff is usually pretty friendly as well. Its just hard to get the staff to let you use the restroom if you happen to need it during your visit.
Went for some sale items but the didn't even have 1 of the items, as if never ordered, went 2 out of the 3 days of the sale

Basic dollar general. Convenient and not crowded, but everything is either the same price or even higher actually.
I found everything I needed on sale an more I loved the way the cashier took the time to assist me when I wasn't feeling my best keep up the good work
My experience today with this DG was awful. The store manager was very unhelpful. She acted like she didn't want to do her job. Something i had didn't ring up right and she said that she couldn't help me because they voided out the key to do price over ride. Then when i told her i was calling corporate she said " you do that! ".
It was awful. Tried using the digital coupons to get savings an the workers didn't know what to do to assist me.
Great customer service! I bought three items, told the cashier to trash the receipt. Got home missing one item. We went back, he found my receipt in the trash and gave me the item.
