7The store is always cluttered, the shelves are half empty and there's hardly ever more than one cashier
Hi I shop in this store alot at 104 Market square, Cartersville, Ga, 30120.
The cashier was very rude and it was because I cancelled my order because my digital coupon didn’t come off. I spend way too much in this store for me to be talked about very rudely. Her name was Debbie. I was in the store and she was going off about me saying i was lying and dishonest. She told the customer I was a bad couponer and on and on. I myself work as a cashier and do customer service myself, this behavior is not allowed. It was like she was out of control. The other cashier was trying her best tomake her stop. I was just trying to do the $2 off of ten deal in had the wrong items. Mistakes are made. I walked back in and she was still at it. I ask for the store manager in which is on vacation. Being rude like this is nonsense. I never been treated like this. It was like she was high off of something. People makes mistakes on couponing. Like I mentioned im a cashier myself and on my job I would have been fired or suspended. I have patients with my customers, because they are the reason i have a job. This is hard for me to do because of what i do as a living.

Sept 20,2017, seen a roach crawling on some bread in the store. The store need to be clean and that is unsatisfactory! I did not even buy anything after seeing that, I will go elsewhere to buy my items.
It's an okay place but nothing like a competitor called Dollar Tree where everything is $1-. This place has compatible prices and not everything cost a $1-
Was buying easter eggs sign said $1 off it was rang up full price they called the manager he pulled the sign said it wasn't for those eggs was completely rude. Told him to take it off. He then said over easter eggs really? Left didn't buy anything
