Dollar General, Newnan GA

If I could give zero stars I would because the manger is rude and we want be back to this location

Been there several times. Only met 1 nice staff member. Good selection of the standard Dollar General stuff though.

The place is always a mess with stocking carts taking up the main isles. However, the employees here are nice people. Stop here for a snack run.

Always a mess. Glad I don't bring my son when I do have to stop (on my way home), he wouldn't be able to move around the store in his wheelchair.

Very unorganized store! Can't get to an aisle without squeezing through because of unworked frieght. Do better Dollar General be sure that employees are doing there jobs!

I've been going to this dg since I was a kid. A little disorganized but the staff is always friendly.

Friendly cashier * sweet African American lady with short blonde hair- (loved her personality), but the rest of the staff was rude, ignored her when she called for help several times even thought they were just a few feet away and could see and hear her. (an African American Male with braids, and an African American woman in her 30s or so with shoulder length hair). This really bothered me and made me wish I could help her or say something to the other two.whomever she is, she definitely needs a raise. She is friendly, fast, and shes the only one that is working on that shift.

If I could I'd rate it negative stars how the service is not great or how the store is not easily accessible to get around in and find anything.

Terrible experience. Very rude staff. Messy disorganized dirty store. Will not visit that location again.

This dollar general is very hard to get around.the isles are smsll and they have stuff everywhere but the sales are good

Always a mess, boxes piled in aisles making it hard to get through and they're blocking merchandise. Long checkout line due to only one being open and cashiers are slow and sometimes they can't be found due to them trying to help stock shelves

This is the store chain, where I can get "Rid-a -Bug". We moved, and with the house being vacant, we found ants and spiders.
After spraying the inside, I did that to the outside too. And the garage. What A difference!

The staff was friendly and eagerly helped me find what I was looking for.also the cashier was prompt to get me checked out quickly

This store is very messy but is very convenient for me. They have too much merchandise for the small space. It seems as if they never get it all put up.

I only shop there if I'm desperate lol. Nothing is hardly stocked in its proper place. It's as though an army of shoplifters came through and changed everything around. Of course this is true of all the dollar generals in this area. Family dollar locations are just as bad and dollar trees are only slightly better. The biggest problem is that the low paid mgmt at these places are always screwing with the floor plans so nothing is where it supposed to be.

The manager jennifer is a horrible manager, she is rude everytime i come in the store.she never shows the customers that shop there that she appreciates there business and makes me personnally dread having to shop there.if the store location wasnt so conveinant i would not shop there at all because of her.she is also setting a bad example for her younger and less experienced co- workers.in addition, everytime i go in the store its a mess.i can hardley even walk the aisles because of all the clutter and every time i ask an employee for a price check or to help me find an item they act as im a burden or that its a problem to help a customer.i think there need to be changes made to that store and dicipline actions should be filed accordingly to all that dont perfore there job duties as expected up to and not excluding management!

Not everything here is a dollar fyi. Mostly because they have all kinds of things. This store is clean and the staff are nice. You can get a good deal on quite a variety of stuff. The entrances exits are one way and depending on which way you come it comes up fast on you. It's right by a doctors office.
