Dollar General, Cartersville GA

I go here very often. Typically no issue but lately there's a dark headed older woman in there and I just do not care for her personality.she may be personable but it seems fake and she is constantly complaining about something to anyone who will listen. Secondly there have have boxes lining every aisle damn near for months.like are we nor supposed to be able to walk around or even see certain shelves? How about not being lazy and putting the stuff up. Very unprofessional.

It was a well kept and stocked location. I had no problem finding each and every thing that was on my shopping list

The bread was out of date what was there and yogurt was almost out and air filters was almost out not my size. One lady that was on the sale floor was really nice when I ask her a question and working hard.

Masks required to shop yet an employee is running around the store without mask? Doesn't seem real safe

Went in this morning looking for a specific item. The item I was looking for has been poorly stocked for months. I noticed a case of the item I was looking for on one of the carts in the isle. I located the manager and nicely asked her if they could open the case so I could purchase some of the items. I even offered to open and stock them myself. She got really loud and said "I ain't opening them! " In the rudest tone possible. I'm sorry but I thought Dollar General was in business of selling products, not keeping them in boxes and unavailable. As I was leaving another employee told me that she thinks someone in the managers family must collect the items in question as do I. So I guess she wanted first dibs on what was in the box. Doesn't seem right to me that she can deny a customer so she can hoard them herself.

One of the better ones in town. Still the aisles are cluttered with merchandise while the shelves are empty. Cashier was friendly enough.

Let me start with I love dollar General for the most part. The prices are reasonable and isles are normally clean and easily accessible. However, at this location I find the employees are rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated the way I am treated when I shop at this store. It is maybe a mile from my house.but when ever possible I will drive the extra miles to visit other locations rather than have my day ruined by someone being hateful to me for no apparent reason. And the manager is the rudest one of all of them. I don't understand why someone works with the public if they do not enjoy it. I do not understand purposely trying to make things harder for others rather than putting a smile on someone elses face.

Out of stock continously of things I usually pick up there. However, the associated are always friendly & helpful

Dollar General always has some surprise that I was about to pay more fot. I more often than not, go there first!

First of all I think its a big disappointment that Wendy is no longer employed there. The manager cheryl is rude and i refuse to go in the store when she is there due to her constant attitude.

If I could post a negative star I would. Never go to this dollar general. The cashier is very rude.

The store was clean/had a lot of stuff! I could not find the $1.00 aisle! There was stuff with no price on it. Had to take to register! But what got me the most is! I had to use the restroom! But I Had to wait till my mommy could unlock the door! They have to unlock the door! In grown I think I'm a big girl! I can unlock the door! I felt so Degraded to have to wait. For someone to unlock the door for me. Other dollar General store's give you a key! I will never go to this store again! I would go to Wal-Mart's before this 1! I hate Wal-Mart's
