Rude, the woman working had a rude attitude and made a scene because my woman asked for bathroom key
The Dollar General was amazingly clean and organized when I walked into the store today. It was such a welcomed change to see the new layout and how orderly things were placed.
The staff is always super friendly yet, I am a firm believer the energy you put out is often reflected back in most cases. I was proud to see that management takes pride in the store representing our community in this way. Great Job everyone. Keep up the good work!
I experienced the worst customer service. Go to line, asked young man was he open. Response no. The other cashier who was open said out loud Hes not open I will help you after I finish with this customer. Cashier had issues with system. Then told other cashier go ahead and help her since she had asked if you were open. Like I was in a rush and needed to be serviced right away so I can get out. I told the young man, I'm good I can wait I was in no rush. It was just nasty and rude of the female cashier. Around 8 am in morning I had to experience this.
It's DG, sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't. I was able to find most of what I wanted a bunch of other stuff I didn't know I would need until I saw it. So there's that.
It was a horrible experience i tripped on air and hit the lady at the desk but i saw this hot lightskin so i like this establishment
The store is always stocked very well.and very very neat I appreciate that. Not like Family Dollar, lol looking like a flea market. OMG.
Of course I shop here all the time cuz of convenience. It surely isn't because of a nice clean store with friendly service because this store is far from clean with friendly service. It is the most unorganized DG I have ever seen to have so many employees. This one store alone gives dg a bad name.
Dollar General needs more cashiers. The line was long. People were masked and distancing, but they were complaining in line. When I finally checked out, the cashier was pleasant.
Went in for ginger ale and realized they carried bread too so I was able to get a loaf and avoid a trip to the grocery store.
I would not recommend anyone to shop here. The manager wasn't in to help me with my problem, and didn't even answer her employee's when they call her about the situation. Was told their manager was at the gun range and wasn't taking any call at this time. I called corporate still no help at all. I had to wait til 8: 30pm to get my issue resolved.
They can have three workers in the store but they only have one register open. And then I get an attitude when you ask can you open up another line keeping them from stocking up you have about 15 people in line so let's move this along
The employees are always helpful and nice. The store is always clean. Lol I wish more things was on the blue dot special but I like the spend $25 get $5 off deal on Saturdays.
