Located on Covington highway across from the QT. One cashier but it was late. They always have stuff I can't find at another store. Clean.
The store manager have excellent costumer service! It’s clean, well organized, friendly! It feels good in there!
The Customer service was Great, the store was clean and stocked.but there was No cold foods I Love this Dollar tree because it's close to my home, and I'm on a fixed income.so I go there for deals but I was upset that the refrigerator section was practically empty.
And I give it the Stars because the place is very nasty, it's not clean at all the floors are filthy, there is dirt all over the floors
I always like shopping here for everything I need and want. I love the customer service, always friendly and very helpful.
I had a great shopping experience there I really liked shopping at this particular Dollar tree. It was neat it and was clean and it was decently stocked. I had two separate transactions and the cashier was so friendly. Some of the Dollar Tree that I have shopped in the past have been messy and unorganized and there were boxes all over the floor. I do understand that the workers have to put up the merchandise but if you go down the aisle where they happen to be working it seems like they don't want to get out of your way. If you ask them a question they seem to be annoyed. Kudos to the management and staff at this particular Dollar Tree! I hope that someone from Dollar Tree corporation read this post people I imagine that it can't be easy to run a store people like to know that they are appreciated.
I have gone to this location on several occasions I love the selection and usually the staff is super nice. Unfortunately today I had a situation with a young employee who I have never seen before. I was really taken back by how rude and unpleasant she was.
Couple of ladies they're very nice and speak to customers when they see them but there are some that don't say anything they just look at you and walk right past you
The staff is rude and disrespectful. When my coworker and I approached the only person who seemed to be available in the store for assistance we were told to render our bags. The worker identified herself as "Nia" and refused to give a last name. I noticed that there were no other bags in the possession of the employee and asked if there was a posted policy. She stated that she didn't have to post that policy because she was the manager. My coworker and I felt as though we were targeted based on appearance and race. I haven't experienced this policy in this particular store before or any other Dollar Tree. I wonder if this is the policy in more affluent Georgia neighborhoods.
