Dollar Tree reviews
16I VISITED THE STORE TODAY, THIS WAS THE CLEANEST DOLLAR STORE I'VE SEEN IN A WHILE, CLEAN, SWEPT ORGANIZED, AND VERY NICE STAFF, HOPE THEY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
I hope they get the larger bottle of washing clothes liquid back. If not I'll purchase it from Walmart. It's not fair to charge more for a much smaller bottle. At least not for me anyways. Dollar tree has gone up and yes it's. 25¢ more but I'd spend more like I use too but it seems these corporate stores are out for more greed.
What that does is make customer's cut back on spending not spend more. Just my thoughts
It says they close at 10pm however we (customers) just went and they have two “We are closed” signs on the doors. This was the 4th Dollar Tree I’ve been to today and I hate I didn’t think of them earlier (maybe they was opened then) because they usually stay on top of their new items being stocked. I was looking at exactly what I’ve been searching for alllll day through the window and couldn’t get to it.
Store clean and orderly. Great customer service. This store should be an example for other Dollar 1.25 Tree.
Awesome place. Good customer service. Only downside is they don't carry certain things you would expect at a dollar store
Thankyou Ms. Pam and Staff. I went inside the Dollar Tree Store at 3205 Dean's Bridge Road, Augusta, GA looking for a particular item on yesterday. I was kinda upset because, I had visited a few Dollar Tree Stores that day and when I asked about the item at the other stores I was met with hostility, but Ms. Pam and her staff was kind, and took the time to explain why they didn't have the item. I did make a purchase of some other things, but left feeling like I was appreciated and valued as a Customer. Thankyou
Store was very clean and neat and organized.
Employees were friendly and helpful and helping me look for what I was needing.
I absolutely love shopping at the dollar tree but my phone was stolen out of my basket and when I went back to ask the manager to pull up the cameras she said she couldn't her numbers weren't working but she didn't seem like she wanted to help me anyways. Won't be visiting this location again.
I didn’t have a good experience with Ms. Nicole an employee there. However, Mr. Michael the Manager I am assuming, should be rewarded for all the kindness he showed me last night when I was checking out. He stepped in to finish my order. Ms. Nicole was flipping out because I said something to her about her misinformation about the bathroom and my 4 year old disabled daughter needing to use it.
He doesn’t just need a reward but a raise. He is dealing with an employee that is clearly disturbed and does not need to be in customer service at all.
I went there today got 4 items got to the front to check out total was 4.28 gave the lady 20.28 and she said she didn't have change to give back the 16.00 dollars. I mean did no one go to the bank today or what? Pretty bad when a place don't have change might as well close down the business or get a staff that can run the place.
The store was in array the line was ridiculous an there were others there yet didnt open another line. 1st an last time at this location
Amazing finds.as always. The lady that was at check out was so rude. When she asked of I wanted my receipt, I said yes and she mumbled.well idk why.
I was checking out of my perfect store for us bargain hunters! To my amazement, there, at the counter, I saw, In Dollar Tree, a SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR! A real, actual, SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR! In the early 1970's, after I was discharged from the military, I used my school benefit to attend a computer maintenance & repair school. We were REQUIRED to purchase a Texas Instrument SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR to use in class, from RADIOSHACK, for 45, early 1970s U. S.dollars! Although I don't need one NOW, I was COMPELLED to buy one!
One cashier and about 9 customers in line, waited over 15 minutes in line before I left without buying my merchandise
Today is Sunday and they need to get the older Lady in there some help she is so nice and handling things she is doing a great job
This particular Dollar tree store is always clean and the ladies that work in this store is very kind and friendly and are always picking up and putting things back in place behind dirty people. I will drive all the way on this side of town to this store just because of the above reasons
