Dollar Tree, Douglasville GA

I called today 20 mins ago an older woman picked up the phone and was very professional. I inquired if they had any lazy Susan. She said that they carry clear ones and are fully stocked. I just got here looked twice and got helped from a rep. She didn't even know what it was after I explained what a lazy Susan is used for She said that dollar tree didn't carry them.
Very disappointing.

I love the Dollar Trees but this one is always so messy, not much in stock they have stock put its always stacked on a cart. Just really a dirty store.

Good service in person but do not try to call and find out if anything is in stock. I waited on hold for 30 mins after the lady told me she would have someone check for me. Finally hung up and called back only for them still to have the phone off the hook (for over an hr). I tried back the next day and the phone just rung. No point to call, just have to go up there to see for yourself.

I went in the day before Christmas Eve and the store was extremely dirty & unorganized. I
credit this to bad management because everyone knows during the holidays you need to hire more staff and be prepared for more crowds.

I can honestly say I like this place. They tend to have what I usually want. On a side note though. Could have been a little bit neater. They always seem to be out of helium too for their balloons. They have good snack selections if you're going there just for getting munchies.

Worst dollar tree customer service. Store opens at 8am and it wasn't open because they didn't have a cashier but their was someone on staff that could have taken the initiative to do the cashier's job until they arrived.

1st time @ a Dollar Tree in ATLANTA. Smaller than the ones I go to in Cali but, they have the same products.

Boi they had glass on the floor and not picked up and it was messy and I called dollar tree not.

I’ve never left a review for a Dollar Tree location but the cashier I had was rude to me. She told me I had to take everything out of my mini basket so she can scan the items. I’ve NEVER been told this. Mind you I’m using a cane, it’s already difficult, but she didn’t care. I’ll never come back to this location. First and last time. Did I mention I had to ask her to separate the human food from the dog food and candles? Ya. Great service.

The lines are always long they need more cashiers otherwise it's good. Eye shadow for a dollar that's what's up

I always loved to stop at the Dollar Tree for snacks when I'm on a road trip. No better place in the world for that!

Worst experience of my life! There is a blonde skinny old lady that is VERY racist! Will NEVER shop in this store again!

Rude cashier. Store was good, big.and clean. Stay clear of the cashier with fake blue contacts. She is rude.

I prefer this Dollar Tree to the other Douglasville location. It's always clean and well organized. They seem to have the new items sooner than other local stores.

My Horrible Experience Ever Went Yesterday The Register Went Down While I Was In Line And We Were First She Went to open another one and the pple behind went first she never said next in line she was rude from the start wasn't no manager with that attitude on register 3 pple had cash couldn't wait in line she wasn't gonna take it at all we have to ring up everything Neva again returned there nothing stocked up out of a lot of things come on now how u gonna run a business

Long lines and wait for cashiers. Low stocks on shelves. Poor customer service. Cashiers gave a bad and nasty attitude when asked to
another cashier to open another register. Otherwise a good Dollar Tree

Large store. Extremely busy and only had two registers open. Took longer to check out then to find all the items I needed.

I have no problems there I'm always satisfied with the service and the purchases I make is very convenient I would recommend Dollar Tree to anyone

Full size dollar tree with freezer section. Great deals and a lot of the product are actually good. I love the cheap batteries!
