Domino's Pizza, Albany GA

Don’t waste your time here, on hold for over 15 minutes. Had time to drive there and catch the employee’s sitting in the back, nothing moving and nothing cooking. Just not answering the phones. Now that I’ve complained I personally wouldn’t eat here, I like my pizza spit free

Ordered 4 large pizzas from. Store #5776 on the east side of Albany it has been by far the worst experience I have ever had a a pizza establishment. Got to the store and after standing there for 15 min with out o e word spoken to me they had one large and two medium pizzas and one completely missing. After an hour at the store they finally get the order right and I leave with the four larges I ordered but one is the same one they had made originally witch is now cold and I pay full price not offering a discount or anything so needless to say I will not be using domino's pizza any longer worst customer service ever!

I placed an order for carryout when I got home I realized I was missing some a ingredient. I called the store to ask for a credit I was told no, that they would only remake the pizza if I return. Being under the weather, I did not want to get back out and I asked to speak to the manager. I was told the manager was busy and it would be 15 minutes. I waited about five minutes before I decided to get in my car and go ahead and drive back to Domino's. I was still on hold when I arrive back to the restaurant for a total of 20 minutes but I went inside and ask to speak to the manager.the young gentleman approached me and said that he was busy. At that point I got really upset and said I had been on hold already waiting for him to come to the phone to get my pizza remade and that I simply wanted a refund at this point. The pizza fell out the box on the counter and then to the floor on top of a few other boxes that they had stacked on the front counter. The fact that pizza fell out the box now they are refusing to remake the order or refund my money. I did call the non-emergency number for the police department and of course as I knew they're unable to do anything which I agree with. Luckily another employee witnessed the situation and called the store manager. Hopefully I will hear something from him or her tomorrow if not I will try to track them down during the day shift. Unfortunately the young gentleman that they have working the night shift tonight handled the situation incorrectly.it could easily have been resolved of applying a credit to my account to keep me as a happy guest.

This place used to take 30 minutes between the order and the pick up. Now is taking over an hour, last time it took over 40 minutes for the order go from "prep" to "bake", 30 minutes waiting in line to pick it up an order that is ready and sometimes the pizza comes wrong with ingredients that were asked to be removed and even when it shows ready on the app, it takes time till it is actually handed to you. Seems like the place has been run by a bunch of teenagers. ** UPDATE: I gave up on waiting and now I'll ask a refund because this is a disrespect with the client but the only option on their app is talk to a machine **

Food was really good but it took almost 40 minutes to get it.timing could have been better but pizza was really good.

I really need to know who owns this Domino's first I was refused a receipthe walked around with my debit card. He basically said ma'am I don't know what you need to do I don't have a receipt what store doesn't have a receipt. I really would like to know who owns this Domino's and if you could reach out to me because no one should be told they cannot receive a receipt because the machine is out of paper okay I need a receipt so whoever owns this could you please reach out to me because I think that is unacceptable and they are so rude

Absolutely horrible from beginning to end. The time, food temperature, accuracy of my order and customer service. It's not even worth mentioning the story but was extremely disappointed. I don't work for my money just to throw it awat

The order wasn't right and when I called to let them know I was greeted with a nasty attitude. Very unprofessional. I had a very bad experience. So Pizza Hit will be getting my family business from now on. I see why it's only one Domino's left in Albany.

A little slow sometimes, but it's for a good reason. Perfection takes time. Domino's has the best pizza around hands down. They always seem to go above and beyond when they spin up their pies.

I absolutely love this pizza and that they will deliver. Even though I am all the way over on the other end of 8th Ave it gets to me still gooey goodness hot. They also have some great offers on the website and the online ordering means there is no room for misunderstanding what I want.

The other cashier that I dealt with wasn't friendly, but the other young lady made up for it. I got pizza on time and it was good

Horrible customer service. We called in for a delivery, they took our order and took payment, then decides to tell us they don't deliver in our area. 3 miles away. So now they tell us they will refund money but it will take 3-5 days. We call the district supervisor Cedric Stevens and this guy was so rude. I asked for corporate number, he gave me the survey number, called the store and the manager told me that they don't have a corporate number and places me on hold for 15 minutes.

Tried to order a pizza for delivery and they told me they won’t deliver. I’m just 3.4 miles away.ridiculous! Don’t waste your time.unfriendly staff on top. Spend your money somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

Pretty Good Pizza, I Like The Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Tastes Way Better Than Pizza Hut. I Also Like Their Cinnamon Twists. They Have A Nice Place Nice Atmosphere. Watch Out For The Pole When Backing Out.

I’ve ordered from them twice both times I’ve had bad experience. Food horrible service SUCKS managers don’t need their position. I’ve called corporate and haven’t got a call back yet

Tonight we ordered food for a group from Dominoes in Albany, GA on Dawson Drive. Part of the order was left out, they claimed to have tried to call but we have no missed calls, the pizza we did receive was burned. We called back to straighten our the order and was placed on hold for several mintes, and people kept picking up laughing, not saying anything but then hanging back up, they refused to get the manager on the phone. I will not order from them again, nor would I recommend their service or food to anyone else.

Love It! The vegetables are so fresh they make everything taste so good! Great customer service.

Pizza was solid. However I do not like the fact you have to pay for the "dressings" that you can add to the pizza that was once standard. At least give a few of the pepper and parmesan cheese package if we requested.

I ordered online and the tracker notified me that my order was ready i ordered at 7: 37 got there at 8: 00 didn't get my order till 8: 30 the pizza had little to no sauce the wings were ok
