My first time I bought the 3 yr maintenance plan for a/c and heating. Didn't know what to expect but was so thrilled with their a/c checkup. Joel did the maintenance and spent about an hour washing down my a/c units and inspecting them. He did an excellent job and am very happy I chose them!

Called E. Smith Heating and Air out to diagnose why our upstairs AC unit kept shutting off and why the furnace pan kept filling up. Nathan was fantastic and was able to confirm the AC unit is functioning fine, it's a drainage issue. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing and what to look for the entire time he was here. Highly recommend, and would use again in a heartbeat!
