Been dealing with them years more than fair the staff is nice & friendly recommend to my friends & family

Went with a friend of mine to pawn a laptop.we had to get into a account they wanted us to get into and because it was taking more than a couple of minutes, the owner Byran said he wasn't interested anymore and to take it some where else.they lost a few customers today because of his attitude. Maybe rethink how you treat customers treat your loyal customers.

We were not there for 45 mins. My friends other half had just fixed everything when you made your rude and nasty comment. We did go some where else and was treated kindly and with respect. I understand things are stressful but you need to reevaluate how you talk to your customers

E Z has been open since I was little. They have seen us in our good days when we bought there and paid. I have also been in need of extra money and EZ made that happen also over the years I/my family members established good credit and good relations bc there you will find beautiful lasting jewelry/and. People.

I have been a loyal customer to EZ jewelry and pawn for the last 17 years today they have lost a loyal customer because the way I was treated they did not give me the time that they said they gave me it did not take no 45 minutes for us to be able to get into the computer in the way he spoke to my fiance was just uncalled for and very rude I hate to say that I'm no longer a customer because they used to treat their customers with respect and patience and now it seems like they don't even care about their customers that have been loyal to them I have pawn things and bought things from them but not anymore not after today

The ladies customer service is fenominal. Their attitudes are great and especially Haleigh’s. Always a pleasure coming to this business

I bought a computer from them it turned out the computer didn’t work properly they wouldn’t give me my money back however they paid to fix it but they took me through a lot of changes before they fixed it. I still shopped with them because they did fix it eventually. Fast forward a year later I bought 2 necklaces from them one broke within a months time. I didn’t go back because the previous times I had been in there the owners were very rude and didn’t want to accommodate me when something went wrong. Trust me I have been to different pawn shops hands down this one was the worst. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where people actually really care about the customer happiness.

Would not shop here ever again. Company charged me over $500 for a necklace with chemical damage. Took the necklace to a real jewelry store and they fixed it a couple times before advising the necklace would just keep breaking. Ez pawn did not stand by their exchange policy and offered me scrap price for their necklace. Horrible customer service. Horrible products for sale but disguised as quality. Would not recommend to anyone

I ordered a laptop online on auction from EZ Jewlery and Pawn. I purchased this laptop specifically because it came with the original box and paperwork. They showed photos of the pristine laptop box and mentioned it as being included in the item that I paid for. Shipping was fast, but the laptop box and paperwork was not included with the item as it was sold to me as. I contacted EZ Pawn about the box and was met with attitude and opinion regarding how 'its just a box, not a big deal' yet as the customer that was for me to decide, and not the business who ripped me off and didn't honor what I purchased. After contacting them again they did end up sending the laptop box with the paperwork only they decided to not put the pristine box that I paid for in a shipping box, instead they put 10 stamps on the laptop box itself, a huge sticker with my mailing address and packing tape all over it. The box is crushed and beat to hell by the time it arrived to me. I have purchased before from EZ Pawn and was planning to purchase a lot more electronics, but after this careless and unacceptable conduct to rip me off by not providing what I paid for and then sending it not in the condition I purchased it in, they just lost my business and hundreds, if not thousands of dollars of business I would have spent with them. Shady, rude, thieves!

Great place to pawn or sell! They give you more than anyone else in town! And have some great deals if your buying! If you pawn something and get it out in a week or less its half interest! And the staff is super nice and friendly! Can't say enough good stuff about this place!

Very reasonable prices and a truly awesome staff (the entire staff). The only pawn shop I deal with period. I highly recommend them!
