Great people working here. They have a large selection of home improvement items amongst other things. The prices are slightly higher than the bigger box stores.

Great hardware store. Service is great, associates are always eager and willing to help you find what you need. Shop local and help the community to grow.

The staff is always very helpful here. I've never been disappointed with the service whether matching paint, cutting keys, buying fasteners, or just stopping in for my kid to get a bag of what he considers the best popcorn around.

The only place I get parts for my Stihl chainsaws. The shop manager Tony is an expert mechanic and very helpful, if he doesn't have your part in stock he'll check the rest of the stores in town for you if you need it asap. Tell him Avery sent ya

Nothing like a hardware store to get you inspired. If they wasn't so pricey I would shop there more often. But I know that a lot of there items are better made but sometimes you are on a budget.

Awesome service walked over to where the screws were and a man asked to help me I asked him if he could find the correct screw for my sons little car and in about 3 mins he found one. Thank you ace for hiring such helpful people.

Never had to wait to have a chainsaw chain sharpened. Took one to one of your sister stores and left it all day (7: 30am-5: 30pm), wasn't ready when I got there. And couldn't promise it would be done the next day. Brought it to Ringgold, wasn't in the store more than 5min. Thank you

If I could give more stars to these exceptional people I would. My fiance and I are expecting a baby in October and were just coming in for a can of paint and some brushes for some baby furniture crafts. Needless to say we ended up locking our keys AND our phones in our vehicle before we even got into the store and I never imagined that we would have the service that we experienced. One of the associates allowed us to use her personal phone to see if we could arrange a family member to bring us our spare. To our dismay, all of our family just so happened to be out of town. So we ask the manager if they had any tool sets that would allow us to get into our vehicle and without hesitation he let one of his employees drive us to our home to get our spare key. We only live 5 miles from the store, but we are forever greatful and thankful for the wonderful employees who were kind enough to help us out of a sticky situation. I will never buy hardware supplies and paint anywhere else but with these great folks. We literally cannot thank them enough, and a shout out to Mason for toting us home! You guys have no idea how appreciated you are even if it's only from our tiny family!

Tried to sell me a 400$ weedeater that didn’t run right, I said I think I’m gonna hold off for now.so he gets used one from the back and I told him I was just gonna hold off for now. The guy got an attitude and pretty much ran me out the store so I went to the ace hardware in Varnell they were way more helpful and professional, registered my product through a computer not some piece of paper that will more than likely get lost! I will not be going back to ace hardware in Ringgold EVER! Not to mention I had to ask someone for help after looking for 15 minutes. The ace in Varnell I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and I was helped immediately. Ace hardware in Ringgold needs to learn some southern hospitality!

The people are always friendly and very helpful and take you right to the product you are looking for. The grounds and inside are very clean, neat and organized.
