I recently used Estes’ electric division to repair a few outlets in my kitchen, while the technician, Evan O’Belmito, was here for a specific job I inquired about my dishwasher tripping a breaker. Even went the extra mile to check the wiring in my dishwasher and checked my fuse box in the garage to make sure everything was in working order. I can’t begin to tell you how pleased I am with how kind and professional he was. I called the office and spoke with Horace to spread the word and again came in contact with another extremity professional and grateful person while speaking to him on the phone to compliment Evan. Both you guys rock and I’m going to spread the word to call Estes for any home services they need. 10/10 guys!

Unfortunately, I had to replace my hvac system, which was a huge expense, but "Fortunately" I was connected with some awesome people from Estes. After requesting for a second opinion on a diagnosis of my unit, Estes sent Jacob Dendy. Jacob was very thorough with his troubleshooting and asked me questions about my previous issues while informing me the troubleshooting steps he was taking and why. Something I felt the other technicians from the other companies should have also completed. After it was determined that "a replacement unit is needed" due to changing parts would be costly because of the age of the unit, I was then referred to Justin Hancock.

Justin and I met on a Saturday, and for about 2 hours, he guided me through the best unit for my home. Justin was patient, knowledgeable, professional and caring, all while answering many questions and listening to my previous history of my unit. In addition, Justin walked, talked and texted me through the "entire" process.

Now, the installers arrived. Tyler Weeks and David Henry spent the entire day working on the unit. This was a huge project and they did it with care and professionalism in making sure little to "no" damage was done. I was prepared for the stairs and attic doorway to be removed because of the narrow entrance way, but thank God Tyler and David were cautious and strategic on getting the unit and all the components in the attic without removing the stairs!

Lastly, all three Justin, Tyler, and David met with me again, a few days later, to replace the thermostat and Justin, to complete a walk thru of the completed work as well as to follow up with items we discussed.
I'm very pleased with the process I went through with Estes. Although, I was not prepared to have my system replaced, Estes equipped the right people to help make this a wonderful and stress free experience. Kudos to your company and the experienced staff on your team!

Marcus & Jeff installed an HVAC unit in my home. They were extremely professional & provided exceptional customer service. I will recommend Estes to all of my friends.

I needed to make repair vs replace decision about my 15 yr old furnace when it stopped working. The repair technician who came out (Tristan) took photos and video while he was inspecting my old furnace, which is under the house. It was not an expensive repair, but i also wanted to upgrade to media filter. Collin came out and gave me several options for replacement and ideas about how to set up unit that should save money over time and hopefully help new unit last a bit longer. Bryan and Juan installed new unit quickly, and they were very kind to my son who wanted watch them work. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. I have had service contract with Estes for years

Good customer service is a rare thing these days. From start to finish Rob, Leverne, Hector, Joel, and Damey were absolutely the gold standard for customer service. Very happy with experience.

We solicited several quotes from HVAC companies for furnace and AC replacement of old systems in our home (2 levels). ESTES SERVICES stood out head and shoulders above the rest.

Leverne Jackson was our Consultant and Project Coordinator. He was a consummate professional. He provided us with a thorough consultation. We had a ton of questions and he answered all of them. He was patient, knowledgeable and informative.

Once it came to the actual install, ESTES SERVICES sent out their best team of technicians, Marcus, Jeff and Bryan. They arrived on time, answered any questions we had and got to work immediately. Estes services replaced my old AC unit today with a Carrier system. The service installers were Tyler and David and they did a great job and were professional! They were on-time, explained to me what they were going to do and installed the new Carrier unit! Estes provided the best quote compared to other AC providers too! Leverne was my sales rep. And he is the reason I went with Estes! I highly recommend Estes for any Air conditioning needs you may have!

Had a HVAC heater install by Hector and Damey. They were very professional, arrived on time and did a great job.

Just had a new furnace installed this morning by Tyler and David. They did a phenomenal job. On time, very polite, quick, and thorough. All of the techs at Estes have been awesome every time they come out for their preventative maintenance checks. These gentlemen were no different!

Laverne in sales was amazing! He sold us exactly what we needed, not a thing more or less. He offered upgrades, but was honest, flexible, and patient in helping us make exactly the right choice based on our budget and situation with two heating/cooling units in our home at various ages. His honest, low-pressure, truthful approach meant the world to my wife and I and it helped us make what we felt was the best decision. No regrets now. We are new home owners, soon-to-be parents and were not expecting such an expensive investment right now (never happens at a good time does it!).
