10When I've had to contact ETC Communications whom ever I talked to was always helpful, patient and solved or taken care of what ever I was calling about.
ETC Communications employees are so friendly and helpful when you are having a problem with your phone (landline), Internet or alarm system. Everytime I have a issue Tim always come promptly to fix the issue I am having. Tim is super nice, friendly, funny, courteous, knowledgeable and always fixes the issue in one day. I can't say enough about Tim and I am so happy we get him everytime to repair our problems. Tim is a true asset to ETC Communications and should be commended for his fantastic worth ethic and wonderful personality.
Absolutely do not recommend this service to anyone. We already have 1 fiber connection as it's my parents house, but I wanted to get my own account with my own line hard connected into my Xbox and was told several times "well we can't do that" with absolutely no explanation as to WHY. These people are unbelievably stupid, and I will be calling TDS to get an account and a line through them. I recommend avoiding this place and these people as much as you possibly can. Waste of time, waste of space, and they should apologize to the trees for wasting the oxygen they suck up into their tiny brains.
The Tech team (Mathew and Carter) were most professional yet personable. Both were patient with this tech challenged person and were so helpful in explaining the what and how of the security system and cameras. They deserve a bonus!

Superior service. Two departments worked together continuously until the problems with phone and security were both in perfect working order. They were very understanding that we were leaving town and wanted to assure our peace of mind before we left. Thanks so much!
They will take your channels away without notice and still make you pay the same price. They took almost 1/3 rd of my channels and they said they did an audit and I was getting a few without them being on my plan. Not my fault but a few is not 1/3 rd dropped them
Great team came this week to bury our internet cable. Did the job with a minimum of mess. Much appreciated! Made sure our internet was working before they left.
We upgraded our internet service because it was slow and lagging about a year ago and since upgrading it has gotten worse. We can't even get through a movie without losing service. We have contacted them several times to try to get someone out and they always say " if you continue to have problems call us back" Finally requested for someone to come out and they had a tech at our neighbors house the next day but we still havent seen anyone and its been a week at least. I get that we live in the mountains but this is ridiculous. I have a son who does his schooling from home and is monitored and we can't even keep enough signal for his monitoring.

Asked ETC to provide Internet and Security to my new place. Not only the installation was impecable but also their commitment to do their very best. On time, asking the right questions, providing the proper information. I fully recommend ETC teams. I could not ask for more.
