We recently needed a tech to come out to service our internet. Our system was showing a router issue. So Dillon first tried switching out the routers to replace the old one. However this did not bring a connection. He used his previous experience with a similar problem and replaced some equipment outside our home. This resolved the connection and we were able to finish reconnection of all the wifi devices in our home. I was very impressed with his diagnostic abilities and his quick thinking at fixing our internet. And in addition, he did not mind explaining the process as he worked on it.

WTC is always professional and prompt with their service. Josh was excellent to deal with. Very courteous and actually fun to interact with. He is a fine example of what people in Customer Service should be.

Price gougers for very poor service. I don’t see how they get away with it. I guess when you’re the only internet provider in the area you take advantage of it.

We’ve only had fantastic experiences with ETC. Our internet went out last night, and there was a guy at our house this morning and did the repairs quickly. I’ve lived in several states, and I’ve had lots of companies for cable/internet. ETC is by far the most customer friendly and service oriented company I’ve personally ever had. Thanks again ETC.

Don’t ever use these people they send my money to the wrong account and they owe me over a year’s worth of money I never use them again

We have used ETC for many many years and you cannot beat the customer service or the quality from their installers and service techs. We recently built a new home and from the time of installing the wire for security, coming out to install Wi-Fi and cable to installing the actual security equipment (Josh and Gibson) was seamless and everybody has been beyond amazing and professional.
